We are live.

LVD is violating victim's rights. Subpoeanaing family members whose addresses she apparently shouldn't have, shouldn't be contacting, and aren't on her witness lists.

LVD claims she didn't subpoena them, says it was an oversight.

State says she SIGNED THEM.

LVD says she didn't see who all she was signing, signed a stack.
What a liar she is.

CY's interviews and conclusions are an insult to the deceased CV and his loved ones.
imo
I was under the impression that at the time of Lori's interview she had no information about the evidence found against Lori and Alex at the crime scene. She treated Lori as a witness.

LVD"s affect, admissions (knew he was dead, was supposedly fearful of CV but knowingly provoked him by taking his property/phone) should have LIT her hinky meter.

In other news, LVD has ragtie curls today.

Perhaps she should have spent less time on her hair on more on preparing for trial.

lol
I noticed that too,

State is reviewing what the witness didn't know at the time of her interview.
It is so WEIRD that officers had not asked or otherwise assessed what vehicle CV drove to the scene, realized that LVD had fled and then returned to the scene in that same vehicle, included that vehicle in the search warrant, and shared that information with CY prior to her taking the witnesses away to be interviewed.

Jury questions:

Was the rental car searched? Witness didn't know.

Were LVD and her daughter witnesses or victims (for purposes of interviews) witnesses but also victims bc of the death of husband/stepdad.

Does LE have to notify interviewees they are being audio-/video-recorded? No. No presumption of privacy

Does their temple have an underground shelter for the end days? /s
I don’t know who the 3 are but if it includes Barry & Janice perhaps they went on vacation to Hawaii like they did when their other daughter was dying in the hospital.

IMO the case was considered self-defense until the second bullet was found and the long delay in calling 911 was established.

Shouldn't have been though. So many red flags.

Starting with LVD admitting she started the alleged fight, by taking the phone.

If only CV had had a chance to defend HIMself. Ambushed.

"if you knew would you have?"
CY answers "yes" to all her interview failures
.
But..
Prosecutor Kay just gave CY a pass.

She never asked her why she believed everything LVD told her at face value and concluded it was self-defense when she was so taken with the strange behavior of the witness who just lost her husband and she knew there were marital problems and beneficiary issues.

imo

Short recess before next witness

I agree, but even in the case of self defense, it seems very peculiar that a "victim requiring self-defense" would flee the scene in the alleged attacker's own vehicle.

Was that before or after it was reported that LVD's 2 children were missing?

Jury is not present. Judge is explaining the earlier sidebar. LVD requested, wanted to ask the witness how many times she'd observed LVD, being calm. She decided not to pursue it.

It's easy for us to say, knowing about Lori's text messages virtually planning the event. LE had no idea about it in the immediate aftermath. Even if she was unreasonable and started a fight, it doesn't automatically follow that she was set to murder.
