Thanks Tricia and I hope Megan gets some long overdue rest once this trial ends.Megan Conner, Lori Daybell's cousin, will join us tonight for a bit. Megan is attending the trial. Can't wait to hear what she has observed.
We go live at 11 PM Eastern, 10 PM Central, 9 PM Mountain and 8 PM Pacific.
Hope you will join us.
Same. But I'd love to reach through my computer and smack her![]()
That’s the one thing I cannot do after today. i can’t hear her talk anymore. She is pure evil. Someone on the Hidden True Crime podcast tonight said that if Lori testifies, the prosecution can ask her about her prior bad acts and convictions. I didn’t think that was possible.Oh she will testify. She loves to hear herself talk.
I would not be surprised if she would jump at the chance to get to grandstand on the witness stand. I also have to say I would watch those proceedings in order to get to see her ask herself questions and then answer them![]()
One can only hope that she will testify. I think she will. It's not like she's ever going to be released from prison. She's loving the freedom from that 6X8 cell she calls home now. JMOThat’s the one thing I cannot do after today. i can’t hear her talk anymore. She is pure evil. i was again disappointed in the Judge. Once she said she wasn’t presenting witnesses nor testifying, I agree with the prosecutor that the jury should have been brought back for LVD to rest her case in front of them. Judge wanted to do closing arguments tomorrow - can’t figure out how he went from that to if you change your mind before Monday let me know. What? I don’t think she will as I think this was her plan and she’ll try to appeal based on not being allowed to present her witnesses because she was locked up and couldn’t get the subpoenaed and missed some deadlines and its not fair and all that - won’t work - but I do think that was her plan from the last pre-trial hearing when the judge reminded her that he would have allowed a continuance but she insisted on speedy trial. But what he was thinking today when he left the door open for her to change her mind escapes me.Oh, Lord. LVD reserved resting for Monday in case she changed her mind about resting.
That was 2019 not 2021IIRC:
It was the end of June 2021 when CV informed Tammy Daybell that their spouses were having an affair.
I've yet to read/hear anything about how TD took this news and was the affair mentioned at CD's or LVD's Idaho trials?
Did anyone testify that TD spoke to them about it?
The reporter said" there's quite a few older men on the jury" and they may not have paid attention to the story.
Thanks for the correction and info. That was 2019 not 2021But to our knowledge she never mentioned that email to anyone which is why some speculate that CV intercepted it and deleted it and she never saw it. I’m on the fence on that one. But yes the affair and the email were in both the ID trials.
Yep.Did anyone hear LVD say to a detective, I think yesterday "are you aware that JJ had autism"?

You’re right. This is the first I’ve heard of any details like age, occupation etc. that we usually hear about the Jurors. The reporter said" there's quite a few older men on the jury" and they may not have paid attention to the story.
This was when they were discussing the jurors supposedly not knowing about TR & JJ deaths.
All I've read is the jury make-up of numbers of women and men and have never come across those little biographies we see on many jurors in high profile cases.
