I can't understand why the jurors are allowed to have their phones. Call me shifty, or just weak, but I would have googled "Lori Vallow Daybell" long ago and found out how her children died. But I don't think they're sequestered (?), so they could do it at home anyway.

I don't know if I'm an outlier, but I fully believe that Lori was hands on in killing both her children. Yes, I think Alex was the muscle, but I think Lori watched it happen, maybe even performed a killing action, like stabbing Tylee, like taping the bag on JJ's head as Alex restrained him. I see so much rage in the deaths of both children. Her rage.

*Trial continues (Day 6) (Charles) (@ 10:15am MST) - AZ – Charles Vallow (62) shot & killed on July 11, 2019 in Chandler, AZ. *Lori Norene Daybell aka Lori Norene Vallow (46 @ time of crime/48/now 51) indicted (6/24/21), charged & arraigned (12/8/23) with 1 count of conspiracy to commit 1st degree murder. Plead not guilty. Held without bond. Maricopa County
AZ – Brandon Boudreaux (34/now 40) attempted murder on Oct. 2, 2019 in Gilbert, AZ. *Lori Norene Vallow (46 @ time of crime/49/now 51) indicted (2/24/22), charged & arraigned (12/7/23) with 1 count of 1st degree premeditated attempted murder. Plead not guilty. Held without bond. Maricopa County
Jury selection [for Charles] began on 3/31/25 & went thru 4/1/25.
Jury consisted of 12 jurors & 4 alternates. [13 men & 3 women]. As of 4/9/25: 12 jurors & 2 alternates. [12 men & 2 women].
Trial [for Brandon Boudreaux]: Jury selection for voir dire on 5/30/25. Judge sets 6/2/25 for start of Boudreux trial. Trial will be Monday thru Friday, the following week [6/9/25] will be Monday thru Thursday & the Judge may be gone for training the following week [6/16/25]. Then from 6/23-25, 6/30-7/3.
Trial began on 4/7/25. [thru 5/15/25] [State wants 4/24/25 as half day]. @10:30am to 4:30pm. On 4/14 & 4/15 court starts @ 10am.
NO Court on Fridays or 4/28 or 4/29/25.
Judge Justin Beresky presiding. State’s attorney Ryan Green. DA Treena Jeanelle Kay. Vallow-Daybell Pro Se with advisory Defense attorneys Gerald Bradley & Denae Suchy.

4/14/25 Monday, Trial Day 5: *Judge Beresky asks Lori if she has received some motions the state filed. “I just did this morning,” Lori says. Beresky says his staff received an email from the state on Friday about the subpoena served on Bobby Vallow. Lori says she has not seen it, but heard about it. There’s also a motion in limine about police. Another motion from the state to preclude the defendant’s witnesses. Another motion to exclude a video observed by Janis Cox & Summer Shiflet. Judge asks if these issues need to be dealt with between 10-12. Prosecutor Treena Kay asks for the Bobby Vallow and Brandon Boudreaux subpoenas to be sealed. Judge grants the request. He says we will hear the motions at 1:15 today or later this afternoon.
*Judge asks to discuss the scheduling of the Boudreaux trial. Judge says remote questionnaires will go out the week of May 19. The cutoff date would be the 23rd. Parties will be at 1:30pm on 5/29/25. Walk-in jurors would be brought in for voir dire on 5/30/25. Opening statements & evidence starts on Monday, 6/2/25. Trial will run June 2-6, 9-13th at noon. The next week will be dark. Then June 23-25. Then June 30-July 3. He suggests an initial pool of 300 jurors. Treena Kay agrees, so does Lori.
State witnesses: Dr. Derek Baumgarner from the Maricopa Medical Examiner’s Office [performed autopsy on Charles]. Autopsy photos shown to jury. Mark Saari from the Office of the Inspector General [investigates crime of abuse & fraud. He has worked for the Social Security Department for about six years]. Robin Smith Scott [She is the Custodian of Records for Banner Life Insurance].
*Motions hearing: Judge asks Lori about the subpoena sent to Robert Bobby Vallow. Lori says it was mixed up with an exhibit & it was a clerical issue. “It’s very difficult on the jail when they cut me off after 20 minutes.” The subpoena wasn’t effective in the way it was served, Beresky says, and judge is withdrawing the subpoena. Judge says Brandon Boudreax’s subpoena is quashed. Now judge discusses motion in limine regarding a video viewed by Janis Cox & Summer Shiflet. Lori hasn’t had a change to talk about her advisory counsel about it & judge says that’s ok.
State witnesses continued: Jeff Moberg with the Dept. of Public Safety [is a forensic scientist in the firearms & tool unit. He’s worked with DPS since 2013 & has worked in the firearms unit since 2018]. Detective Casandra Ynclan from Chandler Police Dept. [works in the robbery/homicide unit].
Trial continues on Tuesday, 4/15/25 @ 10:15am.
ID – Vallow found guilty of all charges & sentenced to 3 consecutive life sentences without parole on 7/31/23.

I've yet to hear anything from the LE team that did the original interviews with the 3 and their conclusion of it being self-defense when their S.D.case blew wide open when TR and JR were reported missing.
All I read said by LE was that the original (self-defense) case was ongoing.

Hearing Key today with CY it appears to me that she's gently pointing out to CY what we now know evidence proves otherwise what LVD had told her and Kay chose her poison to be LVD and not CY's incompetent interview.

LVD was poison for Kay but when it’s all over I am sure Kay will blast Chandler PF, as we have all done. Hopefully, most of them learned a lesson. Not quite sure CY did though.

IMO Lori and Chad made Alex pull the trigger or smother the victims, but they were right there and actively assisted. To them, technically Alex did it. In the end he realized he was their fall guy.

As I think about LVD's questions for the medical examiner today, she kept asking questions so clinically, which is why I almost didn't realize it was LVD.

She is really enjoying her "Perry Mason" moment. To her own determinant. She was coldly asking in detail about the bullet wounds on Charles Vallow. Not a hint of sadness, or caring. She was married to him, and acted like she was just enjoying her questions for the ME.

That resonated with me today. Only a stone cold psychopath could talk about entry and exit wounds on "the body", for God sakes, you were married to the man! Show some emotions!!! None. Except her smirk and twirl, feeling like she was an awesome attorney.

I noticed that too. I bet the jury did.

I couldn't fathom what point LVD was trying to get to with the SS agent when she kept harping on if there were 2 women collecting SS benefits from the deceased husband.

At first I thought perhaps AC fired the first and LVD then took the gun and fired the 2nd and then ran out of the house and got in the car and realized she didn’t have her purse and sent Tylee back for it and then drove away. (Part of why I thought that was her comment to ZP after AC failed to kill BB that he couldn’t do anything right - suggesting to me she would have to step in again or something - and also the fight that was overheard between LVD & AC where she was screeching at him in the street about how he had disgraced the family.) But I think I’m leaning now more towards her firing the first shot. I think I recall her saying at one point she stepped into AC’s room while AC & CV were fighting. It would make more sense to me that she is the one who retrieved the gun at that time then it does for AC to stop in the middle of a scuffle with CV and go get the gun. I think she stepped out of ACs room with the gun - having already sent Tylee to the car with JJ - and shot CV and handed the gun to AC and ran out the door. And that AC fired the 2nd shot shortly after they drove away. That would explain why Tylee only heard one shot and it was so close to the time that LVD came out that she couldn’t be sure whether LVD was still inside the house when she heard it or not. Either way, I think she was more of a participant in all of it than just a conspirator - but I don’t think there is any way to actually it.

I know it's a small detail but I'm still puzzling over why there was a pair of flip flops/sandals just inside the front door, looking like they'd just been stepped out of. I think they look like Lori's. I don't know why anyone would make the choice to go outside barefoot. I'm wondering if she left them on purpose, or took them off on purpose, in case they had gsr or blood on them, as if she wasn't going to claim she was there initially but the shoes would belie that. Then she could say it was transfer from others.

Charles's phone call to the insurance company about this was previously released. It's the first call in this video.

I would like to hear the call where they changed the password on him but I don't believe that's been released.
