Consistent across time it would appear that LVD believes her soft, baby voice and practiced calm make her look not-crazy.

When instead she comes off as phony and manipulative IMO.

Detective Duncan is up.

Bring it!

Det. Duncan describes blood on CV's hand, consistent with having touched his chest wound.

I picture his hand going to his heart.

Something LVD has none of.

Remarkable that, after that crazed Battle of the Bat, nothing was broken or out of place.

Why did AC bring a gun?

Rhetorical question.

My co-worker (different team) is dealing with an issue right now where her team member is treated like gold by their boss and she cannot figure it out. This new member of her team comes in when she feels like it, frequently leaves early, takes a lot of vacation days, doesn't show any motivation or initiative and will happily play on her phone all day unless someone asks her to do something specific. When she does have something to do, she asks the other team member how to do it and it ends up in her lap.
But this person has a very sweet and soft tone of voice and gets all giggly and hair twirly when speaking with the boss and he just totally fawns over her.
So I can see from personal experience that when women act/talk this way, they get treated a certain way by some men. Men who are religious and conservative seem to really respond to women who talk like this. They very obviously do not like women who speak up for themselves, or even who present themselves as independent & intelligent.
She can see the bosses face go from a sneer when looking at her to instantly soft and admiring when he looks over to the other woman.
So I guess some women figured this out a long time ago and use it their advantage very successfully. Personally, I find it repugnant. Both to act this way as a means to an end and to treat someone differently simply based on their tone of voice. *Keep Sweet!* Ugghhh.

How did AC get hit in the head with a baseball bat and not get his bell rung?

No concussion? After a head strike from a former minor leaguer?

If AC waited 47 minutes to call 911, why was his head still bleeding?

Did he put his own sorry head under the sink faicet and uphit himself on it in an attempt to give himself a suitable self-defense injury?

AC is not a good stager.

No blood found on gun, which would expect if Alex had head injury before handling gun.

In photos, it looked more like an abrasion than a "bonk" with laceration.

I wouldn't doubt that he might have gone into the backyard and scraped the back of his head on the pool's edge. LE looked for blood inside the home but I wonder if they also looked in the backyard (although a splash from the pool could likely easily manage to make that evidence disappear).

There was a change in messages between CV and LVD after June 27, 2019 compared to messages before that.

Mentions email CV found on 6/27/19 purportedly sent by CV to CD. CV contacted both CD and Tammy after that date.

The email address was signed up for under the name Karen Walker and using a phone number LVD had used.

The email was sent in April while they were in Houston, and was asking CD to come to Houston.

Det. Duncan is reviewing digital documents -- emails, cloud.

LVD objects, to relevance.

Oh, Lori. It's ABSOLUTELY relevant.

What the what?

AC took photos of CV's phone showing conversations between CV and AdamV

CV was going to talk to LVD and leave his phone recording.

You know that saying that men don't want to be laughed at... and women don't want to be killed? Lori flipped this on its head.

AdamC and CV were conspiring.

AlexC and LVD were conspiring.

CV was conspiring to have an intervention, in order to get LVD serious help.

LVD was conspiring to murder him.

Stark difference.

CV thought he was walking into a sticky situation.

Not a war room.

He expected a conversation.

For which he brought no weapons.

Meanwhile, AlexC brought a gun. Because LVD intended to have the last word.

Mask came off.
