Uploaded tonight.

"Was Lori Vallow Daybell spiritually justified—or dangerously deluded? In this episode of Profiling Evil, we break down Lori’s Arizona murder trial for the death of her fourth husband, Charles Vallow. We analyze her courtroom behavior, religious references, and contradictory opening statement… and we ask the tough questions. Did Lori confess—accidentally or not—during her Rule 20 motion? Why are prosecutors painting her as a self-righteous killer? And is she loving the spotlight too much? And will she take the stand? "

【】Another statement that was excluded from a woman who said Tammy Daybell told her that Chad Daybell had said to Tammy Daybell that she was a “zombie.”

Tammy, I believe.
Wasn't Heather also termed a Z?

I'm not sure where that would have been, maybe I imagined it.

Does anyone think Lori will testify today? If she thinks she has no chance at winning I think she will because it might be her only chance to put on The Lori Show. I really hope she does take the stand but I don’t think she will.

I admit I have watched only a little bit of this trial.

What I watched was the "don't flatter yourself" comment from the witness.

What is the consensus here as to how effective or not effective Lori has has been?

Is she acting as bat sh&^ crazy as in the small segment of witness questioning I saw?

What evidence was presented that she may have killed her husband?

She is fine when she’s reading questions but as soon as the prosecutor objects she gets frazzled. She also speaks after asking questions, making a statement instead of just asking. That gets objected to and she gets frazzled and sometimes takes a while for her to rephrase. She also doesn’t object when the prosecutor is up, giving her free will to pretty much say whatever she wants. If she had hired an attorney things would have been much easier for her. There is still a ton of evidence against her.

What is the evidence presented against her? Can you please summarize?

Sorry for being behind on this...

Let me do the time math for you.
Court begins Monday, April 21st at:
10:30 AM Pacific
11:30 AM Mountain
12:30 PM Central
1:30 PM Eastern
Jury instructions begin at:
11:00 AM Pacific
Noon Mountain
1:00 PM Central
2:00 PM Eastern.
Break for lunch
Closing arguments begin at:
1:00 PM Pacific
2:00 PM Mountain
3:00 PM Central
4:00 PM Eastern.
The jury will begin deliberations after closing arguments.
Nate said closing arguments might take an hour to an hour and a half, which seems quick to me. I have no idea what time limit the court gives for deliberations.
Also, in other court cases, the prosecution goes first, then the defense, then the prosecution gets a rebuttal. I have no idea if that's how they handle it in Arizona.

Finally, is the court still delaying the livestream by 30 minutes? I think so, but I'm not sure
Closing arguments are usually limited to 45 minutes to an hour. Anymore than that and the jury switches off. I believe Treena said hers would be around an hour on Thursday. I cannot see Lori speaking for that long. IMO Lori will deliver a speech along the same lines as she did at her previous trial. MOO.

Lori the green eyed monster came out for that particular witness. IMO her cross examination of the witnesses has not been effective. The charge is conspiracy and IMO the state has provided enough evidence to convict.

I don't think she will because she knows Treena Kay will rip her apart.

IIRC:
During CD's trial the state entered a few of ZP's notes/drawings which included a list she made of the light and dark ones that CD gave to LVD and she passed it on to her girl groupies.
CD' s children were all light,JJ was on his way to being a Zombie and I'm not sure about TR but know she was not said to be of the light.
I didn't watch either of their trials and it's now that I'm backtracking a bit on the history of all these people who enabled LVD and CD.
