Charles Vallow killed with premeditation by a conspiracy of Lori Vallow Daybell and another, using a dangerous weapon (handgun), and causing serious physical, financial, and/or emotional harm to the members of Charles’ family.

The truth can now and forever be told without using the words alleged or doubt.

Hurrah!

Hopefully some jurors will want to talk.

Guilty! No surprise there.
She'll appeal of course, but she and <modsnip - namecalling> Chad will die in prison.

I thought the stipulating was interesting. Why stipulate if you were innocent? It is like an admission of guilt. The closest we will get to "I did it." that we will get. She can't silence anyone although I am sure she has tuned them out in her head. Victim's impact statements will be even better with 2 families speaking out. I also think the judge has some of his aggravating factors coming into the sentencing...... that will also be good.

RIP Mr. Vallow! You tried to protect the people you loved and who were going to be destroyed by this murderess. Peace to your family.
Seems like she's already deemed the jurors to be z's, so she didn't want to have to deal with them any more.

Talking to a juror now.

According to this juror, every time the topic of Mormonism came up, Lori looked at them and smiled and smirked.

Most important evidence: when Lori said CV was Ned before they got rid of him.

The second woman juror is also talking.

She was asked about LVD representing herself whether they felt sorry for her that she couldn't afford a lawyer. And she understood that anybody can get a lawyer, and she said she caught on that maybe LVD likes the camera.

I don't think the stipulating was of any real consequence at all, because all that was on the table was stuff that was OBVIOUS, making a hearing on it completely pointless.

ITEM 1 - Was there an accomplice involved? Given that she was found guilty of "conspiracy," that was a given.
ITEM 2 - Did her crime do harm of some sort to the family of CV? Given that she killed him and they had testified against her, again, nothing to really decide here.

Knowing that, I think LVD stipulating wasn't about Kay and others getting a chance to speak or not, but rather that there would have been no way for her to win by such a hearing. She wouldn't have said anything, just listen. The outcome was already certain. Being a complete narcissist, what could she gain by forcing other people to say bad things about her? So she said, "No thanks, let's just go on" which was her right.

It's great this was all put to bed, with her found GUILTY to the max, and nothing left for the jurors to have to bother with.

Bittersweet moment for Kaye Woodcock. So sad for everything LVD has put her through.

The judge will pop-a-top or two tonight.

I just did the same thing with my sister calling, LOL.
Our families should know by now not to disturb us during the reading of a verdict. My husband walked in all chatty and I increased the volume.

Did the Vallow sons get to attend the reading of the verdict?
