BB shared his morning routine with Officer Robb, takes kids to school and drops off youngest to Melani.
Nothing was said by BB in his testimony or from what he told Robb that he then always goes to the gym or directly home.
When BB's neighbor who lived across the street testified he said that when he left his house the morning of 10-2-19 it was at 8:40 am and the jeep was there and running.
BB called 911 at 9:15 am saying he was shot at.
How did AC know that BB would be returning home?
Was BB working from home then even though he did have an office?
If that was BB's daily schedule I highly doubt that he ever told that to AC.
Separate from AC's evilness I can't believe he was stupid enough to sit in broad daylight headlight to headlight with a white van, facing the wrong direction while laying in wait to kill someone for what we know to be at least a half hour.

Wait until there's a verdict and these jurors learn that LD got her degree in juris imprudence (see what I did there?) from the pile up of trials. Conspiracy to murder magnet. Not exactly a coveted resume.

The third day of testimony in Lori Vallow Daybell's attempted murder trial opened with an almost hour-long sidebar conference hidden from the public and cameras.
Daybell entered court on June 9 carrying an armful of files and holding a surgical mask in her hands.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Justin Beresky briefly opened the trial and then paused.
“I think that because of the number of people I need to talk with, I’m going to do a sidebar up here,” he said, gesturing to the bench.
After a brief exchange with attorneys, he ordered the courtroom to be cleared. Members of the public and media were escorted out as the parties met for nearly an hour.
When the trial resumed, Beresky apologized to the jury and said the delay was no one’s fault. He asked jurors not to speculate about it.
Testimony began with witnesses taken out of order.
Detective Ryan Pillar had not finished giving testimony during the last trial date, but because of delays early in the trial, witnesses who could be present on June 9 would be given priority.

Daybell reacted audibly, saying “Hm” and “Interesting.”
