They aren’t saying but I’m thinking it has something to do with the courtroom scheduling since they were doing this in the larger courtroom and since the judge announced it as soon as they resumed after lunch and the only thing he did say was that it was no one’s fault.

ETA I guess my guess was wrong it appears that LVD is the one who is sick.

How can LD get off saying the judge denied ALL her motions? Well, she didn't get off because both judges denied her motions but is she unaware of how ludicrous she sounds?

And her issue with the rack belt, I wish they'd keep it on her all the time. And cinch it up real tight.

She's probably feigning illness because her motions didn't go her way and the trial is actually happening. Typical delay tactic.

She did what she was told in the first trial and came off looking like the idiot that she is. Now I believe Megan is right. She has nothing to lose, and she is humiliated.
