I don't remember under what circumstances Treena Kay said it, but said it was.

MELANI BOUDREAUX: Prosecutor Treena Kay said there is still an active investigation into Melani Boudreaux.

This is new information said openly in court.
Lori Daybell is attempting to use an email during her cross examination of Brandon Boudreaux. Daybell, Melani’s aunt, says she’s not trying to blame her niece. Kay said if she’s going to open that door, they could bring in her past financial motives and “cult activities”

I'm serious about what i said yesterday -- I hope prison staff is vigilant, breaking up all access for her to have cult following. She isn't above promising eternal light to fellow prisoners in exchange for doing her dirty work on the outside once they've served their sentences and are released.

She is nothing but a black widow.

We really do have no idea what can happen within prison walls...
We have to respect all those folks who work for the systems, and keeep things under control. etc etc etc.

But I must agree ... hoping staff remains vigilant. And then some.

Agree. I am concerned about her potential influence "preaching" to others. I just hope the prisoners are smart enough to see through her delusions and shut her down.

People in prison are not usually smart. I just hope she is so contentious that she is put in solitary.

She listened to the absolute devastation, utter terror and deep trauma people experienced at her hands and her response was “you think you have it hard, listen to my suffering: I don’t get enough sunlight” or words to that effect.

She also said she understands the pain of losing a loved one because she lost those people too. But in her delusional mind, she isn't sad because she knows their life missions were over or they had to be set free from zombie bodies or are continuing to do what they love best in the afterlife. According to her, the mourning people left behind are wrong because they don't see the truth.

She is simply incapable of seeing another point of view.

She is so deep in her beliefs - and, yes, I do think she believes this stuff. At this point, however, clinging to her beliefs might be a form of protection against accepting what she's done.

I hoped the judge would've clearly said, "It's not your job to decide when someone's mission on earth is complete."

Maybe there needs to be a new or different classification: List killers. They have a list of people to get rid of and methodically work their way down the list. And all the people on the list are known to them. IDK- serial killers to me are all about the ACT of killing, while Lori and Chad (and Melani?) are not about the act but rather about the victims being an obstruction to them in some manner?
