She's the fugly poster person for what can happen when an ego is unchecked by empathy.

No upper limit to what she can do or justify.

By February, Pillar and other LE had realized that there was a conspiracy by the cult members to commit multiple homicides. Lori seems desperate to get Pillar to refer to something that is off limits in this trial. Perhaps she thinks she can force a mistrial if he screws up. Or if she thinks at all, perhaps she hopes that jury will interpret his obvious caution as being deceitful.

LVD's cross-examination of Pillar is so bizarre. She keeps trying to get him to name names of BB's neighbors who heard the gunshot and saw the Jeep (Like he's going to remember specific names after all this time?), which just feels creepy. No one needs to know their names! It's like she's gathering names for her "dark list" for another "casting."

And the green-gray-puke color Jeep thing is such a dead horse. You ask 5 different people what color this vehicle is, and even if it's sitting right in front of you, they're going to give 5 different answers.
