I'm amazed she hasn't tried asking for a recusal because "she was married to and divorced from the judge in a former life."

Replying to my own post, does anyone think Melanie is dead and that is why she hasn’t testified?

IMO, I don't think so. Since there's an ongoing investigation, I think they know exactly where she is and they're keeping a close eye on her. I think she's laying low hoping they don't come after her though.
