In the same video, Rachel Smith analyzes Lori's Idaho appeal. She discusses MM's disqualification as Lori's attorney. According to Rachel, there were several factors in judge Boyce's decision and some have not been made public. She mentions the prosecution's motions related to conflict of interest and ineffective counsel, but apparently that wasn't all that led to MM's removal. I wonder if his alleged association with a youtuber also played a role.

In regard to MBP, Rachel states that she has never seen a person in a conspiracy being charged years later, although the investigation might stay open indefinitely, in case new evidence comes in. Treena Kay was just explaining in court why MBP couldn't testify for either side.

At the end of his last video Nate mentions another interview coming up next week with a person who had "a really key role" in the Daybell case but has never spoken about it. Seemingly it's a man in/from Idaho, perhaps another LEO. I hope it's Chad's attorney (although it's probably too soon).

From the interview with the female LEO we learned that she doesn't follow the news. Until the interview with Nate, she didn't even know Chad had a trial, let alone about his death sentence. Officer Robb found Lori's court "performance" laughable. It was also interesting that the retired officer is now involved in an organization that documents paranormal experiences on the job by LE and first responders. The subject is still stigmatized in those workplaces.

Thanks. I had only just found her channel last week because she has a bunch of Daybell stuff there. And yeah she hasn't posted since 2021. Then I saw elsewhere some allusions to something about Mark Means I didn't understand.
