In the same video, Rachel Smith analyzes Lori's Idaho appeal. She discusses MM's disqualification as Lori's attorney. According to Rachel, there were several factors in judge Boyce's decision and some have not been made public. She mentions the prosecution's motions related to conflict of interest and ineffective counsel, but apparently that wasn't all that led to MM's removal. I wonder if his alleged association with a youtuber also played a role.
From the interview with the female LEO we learned that she doesn't follow the news. Until the interview with Nate, she didn't even know Chad had a trial, let alone about his death sentence. Officer Robb found Lori's court "performance" laughable. It was also interesting that the retired officer is now involved in an organization that documents paranormal experiences on the job by LE and first responders. The subject is still stigmatized in those workplaces.
