I think, the way this trial is showing, that it's hard for me to tell about evidence without actually seeing the trial, etc.
I just don't understand why Hulsey had to shoot anyone at the time.

What we saw from eye witness Patsy Jones was good, she didn't get a deal, served her time, and the defense couldn't sway her testimony.

Hulsey could have left the gun in the car, he didn't, he was looking for a gunfight.

FYI: Patsy Jones "saw" Hulsey shoot 3 of the 4 rounds that she "heard". Hulsey was firing once at Ofc. Holly and then Ofc. Goitia.

Sounds like Hulsey was looking for some trouble that day. Drugs, too, clouded his mind?

Meth isn't a nice drug---doesn't do a body good at all!

We have to assume that between the witnesses so far, and the projectile evidence, that there is.

We have yet to hear from the ME so I hope the ME will be able to discern from which direction the bullet came. That would help the jury (and us) to know beyond a reasonable doubt that Hulsey shot Officer Holly.
