I don't quite understand the disfigurement comment, he was shot through one side of his face and it exited the other side (sounds like a lot of disfigurement going on already), however I do understand that the defense is saying those fragments would prove the bullet wasn't from Hulsey's gun (lie lie lie) but that seems like a weak reasoning not to have removed them from a deceased person who was going to be cremated and rob the defendant of his illogical (lie) defense.

Carry on, just had to rant a little there. lol

The Ofc. had jacketed hollow point bullets, they don't fragment much(if at all), they shroom.

There are many who are cremated who have an open casket and service. Disfiguring this young man any more than he was probably wasn't something the ME wouldn't do out of respect for a fallen police officer and his family.
