It is extreme. Very. And why place all the blame on the women? Why do the fathers get a free pass? Where are they, anyway?

Where is Sylar? :(

yeah where are the daddys! I am sure each child probably has a different one. Evidentally one of the babies is with the exhusbands father...at least one grandparent stepped up to the plate! Bad judge of character probably means she chose the wrong daddys as well! I just pray the other kiddies are safe!

I definitely agree it isn't all the "mothers" fault..these deadbeat dads are just as responsible!:furious:

On facebook's Sylar page it states that his bio mom CN is back in Indiana, she alleges that FBI told her to go home so she would not be around liars and be in danger.... WTF? This does not sound right.

Also second hand explains where her other children are.... Interesting...

I find it hard to believe they would tell such a caring mother to go on back home and not stick around to see where her child is! NOT! and if they felt she was in danger from the liars then why are they letting the liars roam free!:waitasec:

IMO, I have doubts that the FBI would tell this to Charity. Maybe that is Charity's own interpretation on things or the FB member who is telling it secondhand is embellishing.

Nevertheless, it is very telling (if true) about the people involved.

what in the world are the cops doing? they have such good info that they think he is dead then I would assume they have something substantial they could arrest someone with. You don't just presumed someone is dead without good hard evidence! I am so disappointed in the way this case is being handled.:banghead:

The word had gotten out some time ago that without a body, there can't be any charges (and certainly if you're careful enough not to leave any DNA of yours or the victim's) so people just think they can do whatever with not only children but adults as well. How many people do we have currently all over the U.S. that are involved (some in jail on other missing spouses) with missing spouses presumed dead? I could name a few but we all know.

My personal feeling on this little boy is that he's been given away to someone, and probably for money. I don't know who did it, whether the custodial mom was involved or the bio mom sent somebody down to steal him, or it was a joint effort. I kind of like the joint effort thing myself. And I think the reason the older kids didn't hear the door to the tent being unzipped or unfastened, is because maybe they had the flaps back on the tent so they could get any cool breeze the night had to offer. Atleast that sounds like as good of an excuse as any.

Where is Sylar? :(

In this case the are painfully absent. To my knowledge I haven't seen any information on a biological or unbio father or grandfather. The press even spoke with the biological great gradmother, is there/ was there ever a biological great grandfather involved?

There have been so many incidents involving Sylar where CPS should have seen that this little angle had been abandoned by his mother. He was not in her custody when the overdose happened, he was not in her custody when drugs were found in his backpack... since the custody agreement/ adoption was not done through the courts I just don't understand why he was not taken into custody by the state. I can actually somewhat forgive Charity because she does not seem fit to be a mother and make these decisions, but I don't know how to excuse the state. I know the economy is in horrible condition, but still...

Love to Sylar :beats:

This is one case where they just MIGHT have given the child away.......and as you mentioned above......for money........

I wouldnt bet my house on it, but this type of thing would not seem wrong to these people involved.........maybe after a while the mum got sick of having to care for a 2 year old......her other children are much older......2 year olds are hard yakka......

and giving them back to charity, after they had a fight over him, and her being such a wonderful mother, may have not looked good.....and then there is money...

the only thing with this theory is if you are being threatened with a murder/manslaughter charge, selling a child would be less of a charge....

I thought about that too. With the biological mom out of state and the remainder of her family very much uninvolved in Sylar's life I thought it could be a possibility. If people asked CP what happened to Sylar it wouldn't be too hard for her say that he is out of state with Charity.

I came to the same bump in the road you did as well. I thought up some scenarios that explained it, but it was too much of a reach. Anything is possible though.

I thought about this long and hard. My gut feeling on it is that she should be out of town on this one. She's definitely not asset to the investigation -- if anything she's a distraction - could turn into a mud wrestling match at the drop of the hat.

Other than contributing dna sample what possible good could she provide toward a reconciliation of the situation?

While most of us would want to help the investigation, as parents, I doubt she can be of any assistance at this point.

What kills me about Tina's story is that since cell phone service was non-existent, and calls dropped, etc...how in the world did the hispanic man stare at them while talking on his cell for HOURS?? Did he have a magic phone?

Its very sad to say, but good call newone. I hope this will be a life changing event for her, kind of a time to break the cycle kinda realization.

I so wish this theory is what happened then little Sylar would still have a chance of being found alive but I just don't think LE would make the comments they have unless there was evidence to back it up.

He's such a precious, happy baby in his pictures, hurts my heart.

Is Jane new episodes on weekends, I always thought Jane was a rerun like Nancy? Either way, I saw part of it as well. Kyron's part looked like a rerun, I saw the part about the grand jury.

They had Sylar's picture up with "Missing boy found" but were talking about Emmett. I remember that being an issue Thursday or Friday as well. I remember it making me mad because it might confuse people.

I believe she also talked about Isaak, the 5 year old Oregon boy that was found safe, so that could have been the headline for that story, with the pictures of Sylar and Emmett.

Either way...she had the wrong pictures with the wrong headlines and it was very confusing. :waitasec:
