An eight year old boy waits for his dad to come home. He has gotten his little .22 cal single shot rifle from an upstairs bedroom and waited for his dad. He wasn't sure if dad and Tim would arrive, and come inside, at the same time, yet he held to his plan.
As dad went up the stairs he shot him in the back, or maybe the left arm, then shot him twice in the head. A bloody mess.
Then he shouted' "Tim, Tim, come in here!"
Tim was on his cell phone and hung up.
He (Tim) was shot in the arm, but continued to the front door, being shot once in the arm, twice in the chest, and three times in the head, by a child with a single shot (6 seconds to reload) rifle.

All guns are registered. If bought legally.

Yes. I believe it happened pretty much that way. It was all over in a short length of time.

That would be the largest dog collar in the history of man.

You are missing the point. Six seconds can be forever if you are being killed.

Why would Vincent Romero have a known drug user living in his home with his son and if tim romans was proposing to another woman and getting a divorce this kind of changes his image as a devoted family man. His wife said he was the sole support of the family. Was Romero a close friend of Romans? Did Romans upset the dynamics of the household? There is so much we don't know. It's a rush to judgement.

Hi
So if it is a belt does it look like a mans belt or a kids belt? There is a casing or two near this belt.

No. I am saying that the U.S. government has a record of every new gun purchase.
Regardless of any of this, a civil suit can be brought against the Romero family because they owned the firearm that killed Mr. Romans.

Brady laws have expired.

It isn't that big. It only flips and twirls a short ways and I didn't see a metal piece in the middle of the circle that would hook a belt together.

Brady laws have expired.

I didn't give you Brady laws.

I gave you Arizona laws.

It also answers your question if a parent is liable for their children.

Well this was not a new purchase. Like many guns it was passed down to other generations.

a .22 cal empty casing in about a half inch long. This belt is at least a mans size 34.
Use your brain!

Az laws do not apply!

How do we know he knew he had a prior drug arrest in a town 170 miles from where he is from? For all we know this may have been when he was a much younger man or even a teenager, 18 or 19.

I imagine they were friends or he wouldn't let him rent a room in his home.

Him getting a divorce is irrelevant to what happened to him outside of that home.

Oceanblueeyes,

Everything is relevant. From the keystone cops to the weapon used. It matters not only for this case, but for America's soul.
