How will they enforce terms of bail If she’s allowed to return to the states? Or are terms of bail in the Bahamas so lax that there’s not much to enforce?
So basically she’ll be free to do anything she wants other than getting within 100 ft of RS. No ankle monitor or curfew, no checking in several times a week, etc. …. as there’s no one to enforce it. Or what?
