Bali suitcase killing: daughter, boyfriend charged with murder 9:55pm August 15, 2014
Indonesian police charged Heather Lois Mack, 19, and her 21-year-old boyfriend Tommy Schaefer with her murder tonight.
If found guilty, Ms Mack and Mr Schaefer may face the firing squad as police investigate upgrading the charges to premeditated murder.
“This is premeditated murder. Why? Because we can see how they put the body in the suitcase.”

Another example of not being under US criminal procedures. FIRING SQUAD !!! My goodness. That should wake them up if they havent already begun to understand the seriousness of what they have done.
As far as why they may think it is premediated. I am not sure since it almost seems like a fight got out of hand.
Premeditaion can be in a blink of an eye so maybe the fact the fighting was witnessed before the murder.
Maybe they will try to say that they planned the murder after being seeing fighting with her.
And congratulations to the Mom for having the note not to let her daughter get into her safety box. It sounds like her mom knew her daughter very well and would try.
Her mom seemed like a great woman trying to keep making things right with her spoiled brat child.
In my experience. If parents can just make it through the tough years, usually kids will finally become respectful when they finally get older. It varies of course and for some kids it takes many many years but usually the kids will finally realize how good their parents were for them. The hard part is surviving the tough years.
