In this article Heather claims she has a ectopic pregnancy and needs to be returned to united states for treatment. IMO she'd have a better chance if she had Ebola. Jmo

Idk did the FBI go to Bali because Mrs Mack was rich or do they send a team for all US citizens killed in foreign countries?

ciao

BBM - :gasp: Don't be givin (sic) her any ideas cause there's no tellin (sic) what "it do"

I hope the US consulate lets Bali keep them and try them there. The murder was in Bali, not the US.

The US consulate has no say on where they're tried. The Australians know this ever so well - commit a crime in Bali, be very afraid.

Oh, now it's an ectopic pregnancy. Thanks for the update. Yep, she should've gone with Ebola, huh. Can't wait to find out if she's really even pregnant.

Help me out here. Is he squatting and taking a "dump" in one of those pictures?

Here's the caption under the pics I'm talking about.
"Getaway: Heater Mack (left), 19, and Tommy Schaefer, 21 (right), seen in shots from two videos recorded inside the Conrad Hotel in Chicago last month during their stay unwittingly funded by her mother"

Are they allowed to have attorney from the U.S. represent them? I would think the laws would be different in Bali than the U.S..

This pair is definitely NOT outstandingly smart.... idiots

I would imagine -again, just imagine- they need an attorney allowed to practice in Bali. How do you call that?

 Nope - I didn't see that and let's hope that's not what's depicted.

That photo of Heather and her BF, sitting in front of McDonald's? It's taken on Chicago Avenue, right by the El track entrance. Walked past there today and treated myself to a delicious french fry. Because of Heather, her mother is gone, forever - over money. Flipping MONEY. She already knows what it's like to lose a parent, with her Dad dying: How could she do this?!

No more fries or McDonald's photos for you and your BF, Heather. Without Mommy's money, you won't even be able to get anything good smuggled into jail (I've read they can get treats like special food, clothes, iPods, etc. if you have money, over there.)

Entitled little troll. JMO

Heather will be able to have all the goodies she can buy as far as food goes and not go hungry, however she'll be in a dorm with all other females; sleeping on a mattress on the floor with about a foot of space next to her mattress where she can stash her stuff. (see example: http://resources3.sbs.com.au/news/s...ic/corbyincell_140206_Getty.jpg?itok=5WmcJAf3 ) The women have a grassed area to exercise in, however boredom will be the biggest challenge.

As for the young man, the best thing he can do IMO (I'm not preaching here it's a simple fact of life in that part of the world) - would be by converting to Islam (national religion of Indonesia) if that is not already a part of his life. That might save his wretched self from the firing squad and give him something to focus on. He'll have the company of other foreign males - plenty of surfie Aussies pot smugglers in there.

Obama will have to tread lightly with any opinion, considering that he lived in Indonesia as a child; plus the political/geographic Chicago in common.

From what I've observed from Aussie cases, yes they have to engage local legal teams.

FIRING SQUAD!!! Whoa, now the reality of what they did should be setting in.

As per quote, it's an odd statement that doesn't seem to prove premeditation, IMO. Sorry, I have to ask this horrible question - Did they stuff the mother in the suitcase when she was still barely alive?

I would guess the boyfriend doesn't come from a wealthy family. The daughter may not have her own trust fund. From what I've read, accommodations, food, and physical comforts in the prisons can all depend on money.

And when you don't have money, you know what "it do".

This girl is going to spend years coming to the realization Mom wasn't all that bad after all. Oh, yes, you're going to miss your Mother, stupid girl!

An earlier poster on this thread said the prisoner's families must supply the food. Well now that she has killed her only family, who's going to supply them with food???

How'd they discover so quickly she was pregnant? How long has it been since the killing???

Obama should tread lightly, and yes I voted for him last election. We don't need another Amanda Knox. John McAfee is another. Americans can't just go to other countries, commit murder and expect to get away with it just because they're Americans!!!:jail::jail::jail:

There are plenty (local) whom will step into the role - for a price of course...

Thanks for trying to give me an answer. What did I see?

Embarrassed I had to ask, but I saw, or think I saw, a very strange blurry pic of him squatting with no pants on. So, I watched several other ridiculous videos they made posted on the article, and now that pic changed to another pic.

I did watch their thought provoking video called
"Squat, Put him in a Coffin, Squat, Put him in a Coffin..."
and watched several other videos that were just as mindless.
