An Aussie surfer lad, Jake Drage, who has been in jail for about 45 days in Indonesia has just now been charged.
Another motorcycle clipped his motorcycle, on 30th June, in a minor low-impact accident (he was stopped) - a pillion passenger (without a helmet) on the other bike died.
He may get 6 years in jail there.
The other family involved asked that he not be charged .. but no dice.
Who knows how long HM and TS could languish in jail before they are charged.

Prosecutor Eka Aryana said there would be no special treatment for the Australian.
"The dossier has been accepted," she told reporters.
"Next we will set a date for trial, hopefully it won't be long, one or two weeks.
"There's no discrimination in this case, no special treatment, he must be processed by the courts.

“He was on a motor bike, behind a little truck,” Ms Drage said.
“They were facing up a hill and the truck came to a complete stop. Jake was concerned the small truck might roll back on top of him.
“There were no lines or markings on the road at all.
“He’s nudged his head and the front of the bike out a small amount, perhaps a foot, to try and see if it was safe to pass the stationary truck.
“All of a sudden a motorbike with two people on it was there and clipped Jake’s bike.
“The bike was being driven by a 16-year-old girl, and her mother was on the back not wearing a helmet.” The woman died the next day in hospital.
