Payments to Baez deducted from his "Retainer Amount" begin in 2008 and go through March 3, 2010, but do not specify WHO made those payments in increments of $ 20,000; $ 10,000; $ 5,000; and $ 700.42.
The ABC photo money done in 2008, was a round sum of $ 200,000.00.
That total is not shown on Baez' Retainer Invoice in full $ 200,000.00
Baez told the Judge that he got $ 200,000 from ABC in 2008; $ 70,000.00 from Macaluso about May 2009; and $ 5,000 from private unnamed donor = $ 275,000.
Baez, Andrea Lyon, and Marti McKenzie got money out of the $ 275,000.
Baez shows on his Retainer Invoice a total paid to himself of $
89,454.83.
Baez says on his Retainer Invoice that some unnamed person paid HIM $ 3,000 on Aug 2, 2011 - but does not specify if this was any part of the TMZ staged photos deal. Casey told bankruptcy court that SHE did not get paid.
The SPLASH/TMZ staged Ohio photo deal, done August 2011, is not shown by name on the Retainer Invoice and is not known how much Baez was paid for that deal.
Baez does not show any payment as a result of his client receiving any of the Dr. Phil money in August 2011.
It is unknown WHO paid
$ 45,500 to Baez on Sept 23, 2011, and which Baez says he made payments to taxes, Pat McKenna, Jeremiah Lyons, and miscellaneous -- leaving $ 10,113.39 for himself which he deducted from his Retainer amount.
Baez shows a total paid of
$ 102,568.22, but it is very UNclear as to who made those payments to him. Casey Anthony had no means to pay any part of that to Baez.
In my opinion the Baez Retainer Invoice is clear as mud, and does not adequately explain ABC money, TMZ money or Dr. Phil money. And does not support believability of any "Retainer Amount of $ 500,000" ever being genuinely created.

this could impact JAC's obligation to pay due process costs...
In the event that the Defendant comes into additional assets either paid directly to her or on her behalf, the defense is obligated to notify the Court of the changed circumstances so that the Court can reassess whether the Defendant remains indigent for costs.
The Court was NOT notified of the TMZ photo deal or the Dr Phil money, or of amounts of gifts and donations given to Casey Anthony.
