Is she going to testify?
from what I have heard in MSM, yes - she will be testifying, for what side I don't know.
Is she going to testify?
After Dellen Millard took over the company, the workforce changed, Williams says. "The employees were let go. Except there was one that remained on." That was Shane Schlatman.

Her job was keeping track of expenses.

There was a lone for the company taken out in Oct. 2012, to buy equipment needed to keep the business going. It was for approximately $3.7M, Williams says.

And she would invoice him? That seems to be a strange way to pay alimony. MOO

Well, DM did buy an incinerator. Does that count as equipment?![]()
Seems like DM was MB's bread and butter...of course she'd support him to the ends of the earth.
Some really hinky financial things going on at the MRO. You can't take out a massive loan for equipment, not buy any, and not have any trouble with the bank.
The company wasn't taking in any money and they had 14 on the payroll. Then, down to 1, SS, and was MB added to payroll at this point? Wasn't she one of the first people on the scene that talked to LE at WM's death scene?
If MA was tapped out and they had to get that loan to complete the project - was this the money DM was drawing on for his real estate deals?
No...she was on the payroll. Just like she probably was when she was married to WM. It likely just never ended after the divorce as an agreement for alimony.

sure seems like he was flipping real estate to try and make some money because the 3.7M was not his, it was the banks...so I guess he really wasn't the heir to anything? Did CM or WM not declare bankruptcy at some point?
and why he is not with the other defendants? I say they have more evidence pointing at him right now than MS

I don't think this is legit. I.e., legally, can you really do that, pay out your personal debts through your registered business?
Why wouldn't the bookkeeper say the payroll went down from 14 to 2 instead of 1?
does anyone know what this small claims court thing against Dellen was in 2013 after his arrest? Could it be about money owing?
In the summer of 2013, months after her son’s arrest, she told a judge in Toronto small claims court, where she was appearing on Dellen’s behalf, that he was innocent. It’s not known what her reaction was when MIllard was charged in April 2014 with the first degree murders of his father, Wayne, and his friend, Laura Babcock. According to sources who know the Millard family, police stepped up their pressure on Madeleine Burns not long after the additional charges were laid
