Back in the courtroom here now -- it was very packed here today. Both the main courtroom and the overflow courtroom were full this morning.

I hear you, but respectfully add that none of us know how anyone will act in those defining moments. Who will be the the hero that goes in the burning building, who goes up the WTC on 911 when everyone else goes down, or who will stand up and defend what is rightfully theirs.

There was no need to defend the truck. It's just a thing, and there would inevitably be insurance if the truck was stolen. Now if someone was attempting to abduct his daughter, he would likely have been willing to give up his life to defend her.

Your logic is not sitting well with me. Tim was not so desperate to sell his truck that he would fight back - unarmed - against two people, both (or one) of whom were holding a loaded gun in his face. That's just not how it went down.

Are you thinking that the Yukon and DM who are in the video at the hanger on the 6th and early morning 7th, left the hanger and dropped someone off, picked up Mark and then picked up MM? Seems very unlikely to me. Even MM's texts indicate he was with DM. MOO

Quote honestly I haven't figured it all out, but I do have doubts about the person in the hangar video. I hope it comes up again in testimony, as I would like to see my doubts resolved, not only for my sake, but for those here who cannot see what I am seeing.

All MOO.

You are correct regarding the fact that I wouldn't make a good criminal. I cannot comment regarding "why not just shoot Igor", I am still trying to figure out why DM and MS had such a sick sense of entitlement to feel that killing someone over a truck is justified. Then to cover up the murder, hide the truck, and go on with day to day activities like nothing happened...not to mention the amount of tax payers dollars this case is costing AND the amount it will cost the HONEST (may I add non-criminal) working people of this country.

However, regarding the "back story on Tim and the truck, how it was a money pit and how desperate Tim was to sell it"...auto insurance covers theft of a vehicle.

IMO, there will never be an explanation to such a horrific event, an event that never had to occur.
Thoughts are with the Bosma family and friends...justice will come.
<BBM>
I think this is an excellent point that should be read by everyone complaining about legal arguments. If not for these necessary procedures, we could very well be looking at doubling those cost, or more, with a mistrial. This process is bigger than any impatience that any individual spectator may be feeling IMO.

You wouldn't make a very good criminal. Guns are a very persuasive tools. Generally people will do whatever you say when you point one. Every once in a while someone gets brave and usually they are the ones that end up dead. The back story on Tim and the truck, how it was a money pit and how desperate Tim was to sell it leads me to believe Tim was desperate enough to fight back.

Consider this as well, if that plan was to simply shoot him, why not just shoot Igor? If that is your intention, its not difficult. No, the object was likely to evict the owner from the vehicle and Igor presented a much bigger problem as far as intimidation and control goes. Not just getting him out of the vehicle, but Igor was more likely to be armed and cause trouble once out of the vehicle.

Geez andreww....what is it??? Post 203 --....'people will do whatever you say when you point one. [gun, that is]'

and then down in Post 210....'you don't know how people will react [in a crisis] or when defending what is theirs'.

There is absolutely no doubt that both Tim and his wife were anxious to sell the truck and ease their financial situation. But the moment she realized her husband may be in trouble, her priorities were made abundantly clear and she said so in a press scrum. Sharlene pleaded for her husband's safe return and expressed her dismay that Tim may have come to harm over what she termed was "just a truck".
Do you think for a moment that Tim felt any different and would have risked his life for "just a truck"....I can well imagine that he would have given anything to get back to his wife and child....anything.

BBQ is how SS and DM referred to the Eliminator incinerator, so now any reference to this common patio item, now makes me feel sick every time I hear it in context of this trial.

Sachak asks about the toolbox. Michalski had (again) seen it before, in Millard's bedroom. Was where he kept his drugs. #Bosma

molly hayesVerified account ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
They'd be given out to friends at a party, Sachak suggests. Michalski agrees. #Bosma

Susan ClairmontVerified account ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
Michalski had seen Millard's yellow tool box at parties with drugs in it. Kept in Dell's room. #Bosma

"Stealth Mission" was Michalski's code name for gaming. #Bosma

molly hayesVerified account ‏@mollyhayes 50s50 seconds ago

But it was also used for legal activities, Sachak suggests. Again Michalski agrees. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
Used term "mission" for legal and illegal purposes. All the friends used it.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
Asked Hagerman if he could run a quick mission. That time it was illegal, dumping the backpack and toolbox.

molly hayesVerified account ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
Sachak brings up his testimony from yesterday that he and Dell had been looking at Kijiji ads for trucks. Michalski agrees. #Bosma

molly hayesVerified account ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
You figured he wanted to steal a dodge 3500? Sachak asks.
At that time no, Michalski says. #Bosma

molly hayesVerified account ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
Sachak: he really wanted one.
Michalski: needed.
#Bosma

molly hayesVerified account ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago

Michalski: by Dell.
Sachak: in Smich's presence. #Bosma

molly hayesVerified account ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago

Michalski: yes sir. #Bosma

molly hayesVerified account ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago

I can only conclude that this lawyer is simply delaying DT's cross!

First thing that came to my mind when the Military experience was mentioned, was what did he do, and who would miss him? Killing someone that was in the Israeli military, may be analogous to killing a member of a biker gang, or the mob. Just because of their tenacity to settle the score.

Not suggesting anything bad about the military if comes across that way. MOO

Israeli Military training = trained to kill.

Because he was arrested for the first-degree murder of Tim #Bosma. (Arrested, he was never charged).

Whoa...did we know AM was arrested? And that everything he said was after that?

From my perspective, especially when the full photo is viewed showing MS's entire body, he is much thinner and scrawnier than the person in the hangar video, IMO. MS's shoulders are not as broad as the person in the hangar video, IMO. And the hoodie's seem different in the hangar video than this one MS is wearing which is really long but rather fitted to his thin frame. The person in the hangar video appears to be wider, bulkier, and his hoodie wider and shorter, and with the sleeves of the hoodie practically hanging loose covering much of his hands, rather than gathered at the wrist by a fitted cuff, as MS's does, and the hoodie falls completely flat on the person in the hangar video, unlike in this pic of MS, IMO.

All MOO.

With regards to the hangar video...I'm of the belief that it is MS in his signature hoodie. The head is way too small for the body otherwise. MOO
