"I wasn't sure how to answer that question," says Noudga. She says she understood it was because floorboards were buckling. #MillardSmich

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
She says this was in reference to the incinerator in Waterloo--and she said she didn't know why "at such an hour" they moved that. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 6m6 minutes ago
She was told they moved the Eliminator because of the floorboards in the barn. She doesn't know how to explain the hour except...

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
Dungey asks why did you move it so late? She says doing things late at night was a regular part of their routine. #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 6m6 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Noudga says it was 'regular routine' the night her and Millard moved the Eliminator #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 6m6 minutes ago
Dungey now asking why she wrote a reference to moving the incinerator with Millard and the word "why?" #TimBosma

  • #182
"So you go to the farm between two and three to move an in incinerator. And he tells you because it's because the floorboards in the barn are creaking? Did you see it? Dungey says repeatedly. Noudga says she didn't "sit down and inspect the floor."
by Adam Carter 11:59 AM

"Did it dawn on you, why didn't we do this in the afternoon when we could see things?" Dungey asks. "No," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:02 PM

"You didn't question going there in the middle of the night?" Dungey asks. "We often did things at a very late hour," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:02 PM

Noudga sys Millard never mentioned the pet cremation business, and said the incinerator was for melting metal.
by Adam Carter 12:03 PM
Yes and lets stay out ridiculously late before my "important morning meeting"

Notes: "trailer, wiped...my idea not mother's..not manipulative...she knew nothing...might have screwed that up by staying with her."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 8m8 minutes ago
"Knew why cannot say because now charged with withholding info. Not manipulative..." Noudga says she's talking about DM mom Burns

BBM - is CN referring to herself, or MB in this part??

  • #184
Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 6m6 minutes ago
... it was their regular routine to do things at night. At 3am? "We were out of the farm by then."

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 6m6 minutes ago
This is in regards to moving incinerator at #Millard's farm.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 6m6 minutes ago
Dungey says only way to answer a question is with the truth, isn't it? Noudga says she doesn't actually know why they moved Eliminator.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 6m6 minutes ago
She claims she doesn't know why. #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 7m7 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Noudga repeats she has no idea why they did it. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
Dungey: "It's the middle of the night and you're moving the Eliminator. Why?"
Noudga: "I don't know why that's why I wrote that." #Bosma

  • #185
CN's parents felt that MB had manipulated CN into wiping the prints off the trailer. CN was trying to cover for herself and MB at the same time, IMO.

My ex mother in law was a manipulative * itch. My parents caught it quite early on in my relationship with her son. Took me 5yrs to figure it out, that my parents were right. Parents usually are a great judgment call. I know mine were.

  • #186
"You don't have an inquisitive mind at all?" Dungey asks. "I do for certain things, but that wasn't my interest," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:03 PM

Noudga again says she didn't find moving a large incinerator a 2 a.m. odd at all.
by Adam Carter 12:04 PM

If this is to be believed, how odd was their daily life??

Noudga says she "never questioned" why Millard would have a trailer hooked up to his truck.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 6m6 minutes ago
You're with your boyfriend, whom you love, who loves you, you don't talk about why you're moving an incinerator at night?

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
Dungey asks why she didn't ask Dell what the heck they were doing. She says she did--he gave her the floorboard explanation. #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 7m7 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Dungey: You mean you didn't say to your boyfriend, 'why the hell are we moving the Eliminator in the middle of the night?' #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 7m7 minutes ago
They moved it because the floorboards she said. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 7m7 minutes ago
"You don't say Dell, what the hell are we doing at 2 or 3 in the morning moving the Eliminator?" asks Dungey.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 7m7 minutes ago
"You don't talk about it? You don't say 'Dell, what the hell are we doing here at 2 or 3:00 (am) moving an Eliminator!?'" asks Dungey

  • #188
molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
Dungey: so you go between 2 and 3am to move an incinerator and he tells you it's because the floorboards are creaking? #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 7m7 minutes ago
Noudga says the incinerator moving "just happened" after they go the farm. She did not see the floorboards suffering under weight.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
She says she took that as the truth because the barn was old. #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 7m7 minutes ago
Noudga says she testified she did ask #Millard. Her told her floor was buckling.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 7m7 minutes ago
So you go an move the Eliminator in the middle of the night because of the floor boards? Dungey asks. Did you see them? He asks. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 7m7 minutes ago
"I didn't fully sit down and inspect the floor," Noudga says.

  • #189
Noudga says she doesn't remember what Millard said to his mother when they dropped off the trailer at her home.
by Adam Carter 12:06 PM

She can remember, though, that Millard's mother was questioning what's in the trailer.
by Adam Carter 12:07 PM

"I don't remember the conversation or how long it was or what was said," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:07 PM

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
Dungey asks several times if she saw it. She eventually says "no." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 7m7 minutes ago
Millard tells her floorboards in barn straining under the weight of the Eliminator. Did you see it? "No. I don't know if I saw it or not."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
Dungey asks again, you didn't question this? She says no. #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 7m7 minutes ago
"Did you see it?" asks Dungey about floor damage. Noudga says no because it was dark. #MillardSmich

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 7m7 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Dungey raises his voice as he repeats her story back to her, emphasizing how ludicrous it sounds. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
"This is the type of relationship you had? You don't question him?" Dungey says. #Bosma

  • #191
So CN notes are basically her statement rehearsal. MOO

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 54s54 seconds ago
We're back. Noudga's notes: "what we moved in Waterloo...why?...at such an hour?" Noudga: "I wasn't sure how to answer that question

  • #192
Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 7m7 minutes ago
No, she says. You don't ask questions, Dungey asks. No, she says. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 8m8 minutes ago
She didn't question Millard. "This is the man you want to marry?" Yea. "Wanted," Noudga says.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 7m7 minutes ago
Dungey wonders aloud how Noudga can not even question the situation. "This is the man you wanted to marry!?" "At the time," says Noudga.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 7m7 minutes ago
Dungey: "You don't ask a question? It's the middle of night, it's dark, you've got a little flashlight..."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 7m7 minutes ago
They were at the barn between 2-3am. The barn was dark.

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 7m7 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
She maintains Millard told her he wanted it moved because barn floorboards were creaking under its weight #Bosma

What is it with this crew? Another one in the Loser Brigade referring to the horrific murder of an innocent father and husband as a "mess."

I'm really starting to think she has a lot more to do with this than she is telling (i.e. the "lol mission digestion" text). A LOT more.

I also think she is starting to crack. Dungey is backing her into a corner, and it is starting to show in her answers. She may not open up, but I think she is going to show some emotion very shortly.

CN is as peeved about allegedly having to clean up DM's mess as he was in his frame-up letters for allegedly having to clean up MS's mess, IMO. If they each looked in a mirror they'd see the REAL mess they themselves have created, IMO. There is no clean up process that will work for DM or CN, IMO. They are both doomed to be held accountable for their own actions, IMO. Thank goodness for the wonderful and thorough police work on TB's case, otherwise, who knows how many innocent others would have fallen victim to DM and his accomplices in future? And the international aspect of this case I have no doubt is true, IMO. DM traveled the world and who knows what LE could have discovered, IMO - I'm sure they were leaving no stone unturned, IMO.

I maintain that MS was not as involved in the crime as DM and/or CN and others would like us to believe, IMO. Everything DM writes and CN writes and says is utterly unbelievable, IMO. Why, if CN and MB had not yet heard of TB's story on the news by May 10th would they assume just because DM had been arrested for a truck theft AND forcible confinement that the media would be hounding them? IMO CN knew very well why and I have no doubt that both CN and MB were immediately watching the news, checking their phones, looking up news on the computer for all news related to TB and of course their DM, IMO.

I may be crucified by some for having reasonable doubt about MS, but IMO my doubt is reasonable.

All MOO.

Dungee mocking CN about moving the eliminator in middle of the night. she never asked. Says it's a "regular thing" @AM900CHML

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 7m7 minutes ago
Dungey accuses Noudga of playing dumb with his questions. "You're not that smart? And you're going to medical school!?" #MillardSmich

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 7m7 minutes ago
Dungey - he's backing up the truck, there's no lights, possibly a flashlight. Did you see a flashlight? She doesn't recall

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 8m8 minutes ago
"...he has to back the Yukon up into the barn." She doesn't know, doesn't remember. "So you're not that smart," bellows Dungey.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
No electricity at farm. Needed flashlight. Dungey asks why it didn't dawn on her "why don't we do this during the day when we can see?"

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 7m7 minutes ago
"Didn't dawn on you, 'why don't we do this in the afternoon so we don't hurt ourselves?'"
asks TD. "No," says Noudga.

  • #195
Noudga says the incinerator moving "just happened" after they go the farm. She did not see the floorboards suffering under weight.

Noudga says she testified she did ask #Millard. Her told her floor was buckling.

I can think of 5 better cover up stories with no preparation. That's what he allegedly chose?

  • #196
Noudga and MIllard's mother were "brainstorming" about what could be in the trailer after Millard' arrest. "It was a theoretical approach to the situation," she says.
by Adam Carter 12:08 PM

"We weren't holding back evidence, we called it in," Noudga says. They called it in two days later after wiping down the truck.
by Adam Carter 12:09 PM

"Did it ever occur to you Mr. Bosma is missing, he might be in the truck, I should call the police?" Dungey says. "That never occurred to me," she says.
by Adam Carter 12:10 PM

"It was a possibility we didn't explore ... we didn't explore where the person might be," she says.

"It's pitch black, could have hurt yourself on those cracking boards, couldn't you?" Dungey wonders why Noudga didn't ask to postpone

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 8m8 minutes ago
She says she didn't ask him that. Didn't question going there in the middle of the night. #Bosma

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 8m8 minutes ago
Dungey' "moving an eliminator in the middle of the night is a regular thing?" Apparently she never asked. They did stuff late at night.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 8m8 minutes ago
She says they often did things late at night so it wasn't unusual at all. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 8m8 minutes ago
"We often did things at a very late hour so it wasn't out of the usual at all." Noudga says.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 8m8 minutes ago

Judge says he forgot to do something this morning. Tells the jury to step out for 2 minutes

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 11m11 minutes ago
Judge now excusing jury for 2 mins #Bosma

Goodman listening to CN... must have reached his fill... 2 minutes ... brb :puke:

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 8m8 minutes ago
She says she understood the eliminator was, as he told her, for "melting metal." #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 8m8 minutes ago
TD: "You didn't make any inquiry?" CN: "No. We often did things late at night...Wasn't out of the usual at all." #MillardSmich

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 8m8 minutes ago
Millard never told her about any pet cremation business plans, she says. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 8m8 minutes ago
"We often did things at unusual hours," she answers. Millard never told her about pet cremation. Said Eliminator was for melting metal.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
Noudga says she thought the incinerator was for melting metal. She never heard the plan to cremate pets at veterinary clinics

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 9m9 minutes ago
