Hi all. Just popping in to share the most up-to-date trial timeline May 6-10. I've included as much info as I could find to date, with references back to the evidence and testimony. If you notice any errors or omissions please let me know.

That is so very helpful! Thank you.

Something that we haven't heard much about, is the period between Millard's arrest and Smich's arrest two weeks later, at 10am, on May 22nd. Police knew about his involvement, but gave him a long leash.

Why such a delay, I wonder?

Awh, perhaps they were trying to recover the murder weapon.

Or the seat was still there on May 7. Or she sat on a cushion. Who knows? What's clear is she got in the passenger back door.

Pic 27, you can see the drivers seat and the passenger seat, doesn't seem to be a back seat at all.

Maybe she had to move a dog. Or not. I'm thinking at this point that Pedo is a hangar dog who stays there quite a bit?

MOO

Poor name for a dog. It always makes me think of a child molester whenever I hear that name. :(

AFAIK, Bearskin tried to make a go in Waterloo with it's flights to Ottawa using their Dash 8's, but cancelled a couple of years ago. I feel sorry for SH. He started to work at Millardair in September 2012, while WM was still alive and it was nothing but a green light for the MRO. Like many young guys who have the aviation bug, SH was just looking for a job at the airport and landing a job at Millardair's big new operation would have been exciting for him. He may even have thought there was a chance for advancement. Then all of a sudden, WM is dead and he's working on vehicle engines and cleaning for slightly more than minimum wage.

SH is just a young eager guy with "real" ambition and good work ethic trying to carve out a career in aviation maintenance. And then there's the almighty DM, leading this young guy on. I feel so bad for SH. IMO, DM did him a favour by finally getting arrested. He may have spent more time chasing his dreams with a complete loser and he learned a valuable lesson- things aren't always as they seem- it'll make him a better business man. IMO, SH will be successful in his endeavours. MOO

This case shows why the days of the big serial killers are done. I reckon it would be virtually impossible to kill 20 people anymore without being spotted on video. These guys drove from Tim's rural home to the hangar in Kitchener and the cops had video every step of the way.
Crazy isn't it? I can't help but grin when I watch pics of these guys who obviously think they're operating in some type of stealth mode. I wanna scream Idiots!! "Smile" you're on candid camera! Wonder what's going thru their heads while they watch this? Wonder if they're feeling that their private criminal time has been invaded? To think that undercover followed DM into the TD Bank! MM in the elevator! It's pretty clear- these guys did not have a clue that they were being watched and filmed. But most of all, I wonder what their Defence teams are thinking- guess that's the hardest part of defending people who really did the crime. MOO

I keep seeing posts about DM wearing an orange shirt during the test drive with Tim. I know Igor testified that's what "the taller one" or "Evan" was wearing on that test drive but I must have missed something about his description from either SB or WDB about what he was wearing the night he walked into the driveway with MS. Can someone post a link to this?

Another still shot of MS with red hoodie in passenger seat. It looks like DM in drivers seat (assumes) has a now much lighter colour than orange he supposedly had the night before. So he changed but MS perhaps did not. That could tell alot! I hope MM testimony can clear up alot of this.

I'm not seeing a red hoodie on the passenger in this pic. Looks more like a black tee, if you compare the color to the blue of the Yukon.

Thank you billandrew. Those spreadsheets are awesome!

So why did these morons get her anyway? What day was that?

TB is abducted approx 11 hours before she is picked up by these two. They have just come from the farm where they dropped off the eliminator after cremating TB. No clue why they pick her up, but she looks ready for school to me...

I am assuming these fellows next head off to sleep somewhere. Crown has suggested we will find out what is happening when she gets on the stand to testify. I gotta feeling she might be the last witness. The BIG bang!!!

This video proves that MS was with DM. He gets out of the car and greets her with a Hug and kiss - that fellow most certainly is her boyfriend.

I agree, I do not see colour at all in this pic.

This may have already been posted but if not, I think it's a really important read:

In a world where the public is entertained and enthralled by endless depictions of homicide detectives and criminal lawyers, forensic experts, amateur sleuths and rightfully and wrongfully convicted killers, it is a very real danger that as this trial proceeds over the next four months — and perhaps beyond — that Tim will become an abstraction.

Love this. Thanks for updating with the arrest info, because I was curious about that yesterday!

Swedie has an unordered list here http://www.websleuths.com/forums/sh...d-**-No-Discussion-**&p=12402234#post12402234 but it only goes up to witness 67 or thereabouts (March 7)

We've had another 14 people

Not sure if all of the 67 are on that list either.

billandrew, your work is beautiful to look at. Would love to see an indexed witness list like that. I truly admire and appreciate all these details that you have put together so meticulously.

I've got another list, a continuation from the other but thought I would wait until we get more. There are only seven witnesses on my second list. MOO.

Yep, same here. I think a lot of it depends on if you are in any Bosma circles (family, church, if you are dutch :)) and how many degrees of separation you would be from that. Also, your level of involvement in social media would affect the timing. I picture a circle around the Bosma home and the Ancaster CRC and rings cascading out from there as a representation of how the news travelled for the first day or two. Then the news would have picked up on it.

Exactly, AND, don't forget, the first day or two it was about him and his truck being missing and that was in the Ancaster/Brantford area. There was no knowing at that point that he was deceased--until they actually found the ashes/bones and wasn't that the 10th? And only later did we hear about Millard Air Waterloo's involvement.

I know these are used by vehicles travelling on the aprons, runways and taxiways. I'm a little surprised Millardair has use for one at this point.

isn't that yukon fairly old..like 2000? perhaps that yukon has been a company vehicle for awhile..perhaps even at the old hangar. If so I guess it would get pretty beat up by employees too.

That's lots of work billandrew! Thanks. I wonder if you also have a timeline of what news was released to the public in the early days?

Musicaljoke, I took it they were doing surveillance to get an idea who else might be connected.

and fortunately for her, it proves she wasn't with them during the crime.

Susan Clairmont, in particular, but really all the Media is doing an awesome job of protecting the Bosma Family/friends, honoring Tim's legacy and NOT giving SM or DM headlines. This is the Tim Bosma Trial - the presentation is not so much about what THEY did - It's about what happened to Tim and justice.

Even here, I admire how the threads for this trial all start with Photo's of Tim. SM and DM are the abstract figures in ALL the media. So well done!!! They will be soon forgotten about - But I am sure I will think about and pray for Tim BOSMA and his family a very long time.

I admire how the Uncle snubbed DM, yet offered gestures of compassion and caring for Sharlene. Bravo!!!

Well everyone- I'm going to take a nice week off and cleanse my mind of the likes of DM, MS and all of their pals. This week has produced a landslide of evidence and I'm feeling confident that the final flight of witnesses will seal the deal for the Crown. Going into this week, I felt a bit sorry for MM- after seeing the video yesterday? Not so much. I'm more than curious why more people aren't facing charges but I do have faith that the Crown has nailed the right people. If we're all really good, maybe DM & MS will in fact reward us by taking the stand! What an incredible treat that would be...wouldn't it?

I hope everyone takes Justice Goodman's advice and takes a bit of a breather. Enjoy the wonderful weather and some time with family and friends! And don't forget to turn your clocks ahead tonight!! See you on the 21st! :loveyou:

Most of us are pretty sure it was an old police vehicle that he likely got at auction and Millard would likely have ZERO business on the apron with any vehicles. The Yukon appears to pretty much have been equipped as a 'stealth mission' get away vehicle with fake police lights, hinky plate obstruction device, switches for turning all sorts of lights (black out when needed) this is not the shiny well equipped business vehicle one would expect the CEO of a budding FBO to be driving at ALL. MOO
