I just saw the tail end of a video clip on FOX of Karr with long hair sitting down in a chair in his home. Is this a '96 video of him at Christmas? I hope someone else saw it.

its all over if he is sitting at home on christmas day/boxing day of 96..unless he knows what happened to her because he knows who did it.

IMO, if this is true that CA cannot reinstate charges, then Lacy must have SOMETHING substantial on him. I just heard Rita Cosby saying that the people that know Lacy said she would NOT go through all this expense (taxpayers money) if she didn't have something physical linking him. We shall see I suppose.

I think he is going to be in for a shock now regarding publicity. They are not going to let him be interviewed or exposed-its not a movie. (I am saying this to Karr)..he thot he was the new media darling and I mean darling not sicko..and now that he is here and not in a foreign faction..he cannot dictate the terms. If he was looking for attention he wont be getting it here.
This should be a bonus-the more he talks the weirder it gets..its possible the Thai gov. made them show alot fo him so nothing was secretive ..who knows..but he wasnt even handcuffed when he was in Thai.
So, now it is over..he may be exposed as a liar immediately if the proof comes from his wife that he was not in denver on the 26th.
Either way, he is not going to get the limelight anymore.
I cant imagine anything now other than very measured press releases.
If he never makes it to Denver I would not be surprised.
He may only face charges in CA if his wife finds proof of him being there with her at the time of the murder.

I think this case is a very long way from a slam dunk, despite what Rita Crosby thinks she found out about Mary Lacy. This is such a strange situation, and JMK has been rehearsing his "in love" with Jon Benet for so long, it is very hard to know what the truth is at this point. It still might be one those proverbial "wild goose chases."

I don't think CA has dropped their charges, but I do believe they have willingly taken a back seat to CO.
