Brodsky is at it again!

I agree. The "my love" sounds so sweet; then the rest sounds so vulgar - the two sentiments don't really go together. I wouldn't put anything past Drew.

Exactly. If someone feels enough for you to call you "my love" they don't then turn around and treat you like a piece of meat, referring to you as "riding" them. And on the flip side, if a guy is that much of a pig, he usually wouldn't feel enough for a woman to call her "love". It's really too bizarre.

Thanks for ridding [sic] me like a bucking bronco last night."

RIDING = Either DP & Brioschi can't spell OR they want everyone to think who ever sent the text message can't
Freudian slip. Drew has been "ridding" himself of wives for some time now.

Liars. :liar:

Ha! If the sender was anyone under 50, it would have been something like this...

ur a hot bch thx 4 rdng me lk a bkng brnco lst nte.

Drew and Brodsky are so transparent.

ETA: and they lack texting skills and lingo

I totally agree on that one...my teenage daughter texts me all the time & 1/2 the time I don't understand what the hell she's talking about! :waitasec:

Sprint Nextel spokesman Dave DeVries said anyone can use the company's Web site to text-message subscribers without being required to log in or open an account. He declined to comment on whether it is possible to track who sent messages."

IMO this says it all!

Excellent observation! I lack the skills and well, here ya go!

Same here!

Especially if they use the tap method. It picks out weird words. My daughter texted me one that she had to put gas in her BBQ. She meant her car.

I just read this on the Fox News site and immediately thought that DP and Brodsky are up to it again. The two letters didn't seem convincing, so they're trying a new tactic. With the media quiet now on the case, and nothing from the grand jury, they're building some "reasonable doubt."

And who would have any reason to believe lauel& hardy.

Or like this: Ur A hOt BiOtcH tHx 4 rDn Me Lk A bKnG BrNcO lSt NtE. Hahahahahaha!

All they need to do is go back and read a few of DP's reports to see what his common spelling for "riding" is. What do you want to bet...ridding...is how he honestly thinks it is spelled?!

THAT'S why it looked so wrong to me! It was in regular english, even with the spelling error.

SS and SuziQ, you are right on! lol

Agreed that this is definitely the work of someone older who didn't know the lingo or the typing common today with young people.

Isn't there some kind of law about making up false evidence? If they can trace this back to Drew's home computers bet he'll say the kids did it and he wasn't aware.

If you go to:
http://www.sprint.com/index.html
In the lower right corner, you can send a text message to any Sprint or Nextel number.

If he was trying to set her up he could have just drove around with a laptop until he until he found a unsecured connection and sent it. I read a story about some guy who the police arrested for child 🤬🤬🤬🤬. He denied doing it and in the end LE found he had a unsecured connection and the guy that lived behind him was the guilty party. It would not be hard to find unsecure connections in a area with a lot of businesses. They leave them open so sales people and clients can use their laptops without the hassle of entering a key code.

Drew could have sent this to Stacey when she was still alive. She could have saved it (planning to have it traced or as evidence against him). There's no doubt in my mind that this message was sent by Drew. He either thinks that the American public is really stupid; or he just cannot stand to be out of the limelight for very long. It kind of reminds me of Dennis Rader (BTK). He got caught because he just couldn't stand fading off into the sunset.

HEY NOW! I'm in my 20s and I text in complete sentences! Most of my friends do too!

I can't STAND it when people text in "broken English" or "abbreviated English"! There's no excuse for not always using proper grammar, spelling, and syntax!

NOT NECESSARILY. Most businesses with competent IT people will most certainly secure their wifi connections!

FYI: Best practices dictate that connections never be left open so anyone and everyone can access the network. Secure connections are set up using either WEP, WAP, or WAP2 encryption and require a login/password or key (that they can SAVE to their laptop so they never have to enter it again).

ETA: A lot of HOME users do not encrypt their wifi connections because they don't know how to. So it could be a good possibility that if DP has a laptop with wifi, he could piggyback off of a neighbor's wifi connection or someone farther away if he drove and parked somewhere. It would be interesting to see who's MAC address corresponds to the message sent via Sprint/Nextel's website. Because the IP address is futile if someone piggybacked, the MAC address (actual address tied to each and every network card manufactured and cannot be changed) ALSO attaches itself to network traffic, as does the IP.

This sounds like something DP would say himself, just to spice things up in the marriage. This guy and his attorney are trying to cast "doubt" in peoples minds just in case the thing every gets to trial.
DP knew every move this woman made. There is no way this is legit, IMHO

Ditto! :)
It was noted that this particular text message could've been sent via a website, using a 'real' keyboard; so, the person who sent it wouldn't need to use abbreviations like they'd have done if using a phone keypad.

We'll find out if they can trace it; should be interesting!
