KTLA local news said that it was rented out by the SB Board of Supervisors to throw a Holiday party and awards ceremony for various County employees. There were County employees from various groups, like school system, water and power, etc etc===County Employees party basically

Terrorists are a different breed, even if they weren't allowed access to guns it wouldn't stop them. That's what's so scary about them. They took a plane and made it weapon, they use knives to behead, they blow themselves up, hence why if it's terrorists guns are not the issue here. IMO.
