Surely they have film and will soon know what they are driving. I don't think it's disgruntled employees, I think it's something else. Just my opinion.

So this room was hosting a get together for some folks that were earning a award for what ever reason, be it attendance or awards for 10-20 years service. Who would want to kill someone for that. And not only kill someone but kill 13 people to kill someone. jmo IDK maybe it's me but I can't see someone or 3 out to kill someone and kill 13 others to do that. jmo idk something doesn't seem to be right about this. jmo idk

Obama calls for gun reforms in wake of San Bernardino shooting.

SMH.
He says this after every shooting. He should DO something.

" ‘Pray for us’ says text message to dad from California shooting scene. "

Marcos Aguilar told CNN affiliate KABC-TV that his wife had just made it out of the building.
“She said the guy came in next to her office and I guess started shooting,” he said. “Then he locked himself in in her office. They’ve seen bodies on the floor. She said right now ambulances are taking people out in stretchers.”

The shooter locked himself in an office??

I agree. But right now I am not 100% sold on it being 3 people.

It's so weird that no one can confirm the amount of suspects yet.

If this was 3 wackos wanting to just kill a bunch of people...why not go to various areas of the building?

None of the scenarios make much sense to me with the little information we have right now.

It just sounds so much like Columbine to me. Didn't they all go to the cafeteria?

Columbine was 1999

I've read it was a Christmas gathering, not sure if that's true.

And the thing is earlier in the thread , I posted that Fox news thought they might know who this person is...
So, was that misinformation? Confusion?

IMOO.

In Columbine it was Cafeteria, then hallway, then ended in Library....IMHO

My teenager is watching the news with me, and told me about the drills they have at school for active shooting situations. I had NO idea, but I'm glad. I told him when I was in school, we only had fire and tornado drills. It's so sad that we have to prepare our children for this.

I posted a link earlier that there was a Christmas gathering the day before, maybe there was one for today as well?

Maybe these shooters had the same thing in mind except with completely different locations.

Or maybe they separated in an attempt to evade getting caught. It's really scary to think they're not finished yet and are going to show up someplace else.

An employee of KTLA had a daughter that attended the event and got out safely. She said it was a combination 'Christmas luncheon/Awards Ceremony' for SB County Employees that were being given awards by San Bernadino Co Supervisors...

Once inside, they opened fire with rifles, shooting people in a conference room where a holiday party was taking place, authorities said. Hundred of people were seen streaming out of the building moments later, some described by witnesses as holding their hands above their heads and even diving for cover behind cars in a parking lot.

Seems someone knew there would be a gathering. jmo idk

Nah. I'd love for every single person in the USA to give up every single gun that isn't used for hunting food or for sport. And I do not have armed escorts or guards; if I did I'd be in the happy position of demanding they disarm.:)

And that would leave us unarmed citizens to fight it out with armed ****s, No thanks. :D

IMOO.

The one the day before was a party of some of the 'clients' of the Regional Center and their families.

The one today had nothing to do with the Regional Center--it was a group that rented out the conference room so they could have Holiday Luncheon and Awards Ceremony, thrown by SB Supervisors

In Canada, students only have fire drills.
Shootings at schools (and in general) are extremely rare in Canada.
I would assume that the reason is because our gun laws are completely different up here.

But yes, it is sad that students have to have drills for shooting situations.
