Reposting the live stream link. They are bringing in multiple armored trucks, pinning in the SUV, and they have a k-9 unit and a ton of officers on the ground. The newscasters have no confirmation but are edging towards sounding like they think this vehicle was involved in the mass shootings.

My concern is that this is just the first in a larger plot. There may be a large number of "cells" already in the country and waiting for the signal to "join in" the Jihad.
