Im familiar with the .223 as I have a rifle that uses that caliber. They are a very fast bullet. The Feet-per-second is outrageously fast bullet. Around 2500-3000+ FPS. The bullet size itself is rather small but the speed of the bullet makes up for it and it can cause tremendous damage to human tissue because the impact velocity is super fast.
Mr. Farook inspected restaurants, bakeries and public swimming pools for the county department, according to inspection reports. Among his duties were checking chlorine levels, screening hand-washing facilities and making sure food surfaces were clean. He is registered as an environmental health specialist with the California Department of Public Health, state records indicate.
Thanks for the article Momofourboys.
This part of the article is very scary to me. The guy could have planted bombs anywhere.
I see three people. Is LE sure there isn't another person involved?
Sorry, scrutinizing vid again and looks like it is the police response.

"Two of Farook’s coworkers told the The Los Angeles Times they were shocked he was named. They said he was quiet and had no obvious grudges. Farook had traveled to Saudi Arabia two years ago, they said, and came back with a wife, Malik, whom he’d met online. Police officials said they weren’t sure if they were married or whether they were, in fact, engaged."
