CA- Body (IDd as Celeste Rivas Hernandez) found in vehicle at Hollywood tow yard, abandoned Tesla registered to singer D4vd – 8 September 2025 #2

A civil lawsuit against D4vd would be interesting, because if it is brought by the family of Celeste, the question would be what responsibility did they have to protect their daughter from being in that environment? Did they call CPS? The police? Report D4vd?

Rcbm

That's definitely the argument attorney Burk is going to make.... but I truly hope we are not in such a world where my 13yo child is enticed/lured into a world of fame and fortune by a man 5 years older than she is... eventually ends up deceased.... and then we get blamed for it as a parent/ family???? Again, back in the 60s or 70s girls who were runaways were not considered with much compassion when they were found dead. Even if everyone else partying with them thought she was a "19 yr old student at USC", D knew the Truth of the Matter.

C was a CHILD and D was an ADULT. He's going to hide behind Peter Pan Syndrome but at the very least IF what we are seeing in videos of them together is true, there was an inappropriate relationship between the two, which had something if not everything to do with her demise.

It is not "blaming" victims/parents. It is asking what they did when they knew their daughter was living with D4vd. Did they know? I don't know. But these may be some things that would be relevant in a civil lawsuit.

"Model Y supports up to 19 keys at a time. Four of those keys can be key fobs. When you reach this limit, you must delete a key before adding a new one."

(This gives me a slight headache.) I guess they know how many he had?

It's not blaming them directly but it is casting doubt on the parenting style of C's parents.... Burk could take it to the extreme.... people on NewsNation and Nancy Grace is doing it already. ("HOW is she walking out the house at 7am in that video? What parent doesn't know where their child is at 7am?" "Why weren't police called after she left home again after April?" "Why didn't they make sure she attended school"... etc.) In a civil case, this absolutely could be taken into consideration and that's just so so sad.

FWIW, the Tesla Y has a hands free front trunk opener...

An illuminated interior release button inside the front trunk allows a person locked inside to get out. A button inside the front trunk with an image of a car ...

but if you want it to close hands free, you need to install a non-Tesla add on. It does have an "emergency" inside the front trunk button to open it and a drain plug.

Hopefully the same considerations are made when reflecting on his actions and behaviours in childhood and his parents culpability.
Something clearly happened as a child for him to be removed from school and moved interstate. Any actions of his parents after that incident need to be reviewed. They're involved in his concerts, twitch streams and business per Thorn Rose Trust.
How he was monetised prior to being of age should be reviewed too. They had a duty of care to socialise and educate this child and they created a psychopath IMOO.

Hands free and a manual one from the outside per links further back. If the battery happened to be flat opening it this way wouldn't set off an alarm either.

Can anyone explain to me why a PI is working this case? Did someone hire hin? Is he just doing this to get his name out there?
Publicity and free advertising.

“I don’t have any proof of communication from her, but I do have an image of her taken in 2025, although I can’t disclose the exact day or month,” Fischer stated.

Why?

Can't think of a reason. Can't tell me she was so well cloistered that the month a photo of a 14 year old is taken would be enough to burn a source.

He did this in some other article. Maybe about how the Tesla was damaged. If it's such delicate information, then don't mention it at all. Otherwise put up or shut up.

Although he may be onto something, it's not clear that he is at this time. It's kind of gibberishy to me. (nothing factual)

Los Angeles Missing Persons Private Investigator, Steve Fischer, has been actively working the case. He confirmed an official sighting of Celeste Rivas Hernandez in 2025, but could not reveal the month she was seen due to the active and ongoing investigation. “I don’t have any proof of communication from her, but I do have an image of her taken in 2025, although I can’t disclose the exact day or month,” Fischer stated. As the investigation progresses, hopefully the photograph will be revealed to the public who may have additional information. He also recently spoke with neighbors who saw the abandoned black Tesla in the neighborhood shortly before it was towed, who revealed that there was not an overwhelming odor permeating from the vehicle.

Has Nancy Grace had teens? I guess her twins were "perfect"?

They do what they do. I am the last person to judge anyone's parenting for teens. Had three that were normal, and one that was an educational experience in counseling, law, and oppositional defiant disorder.

This has always fascinated me, how random dead bodies are found, as if the spirit is somehow still around the body, pulling a person to find it. An example of this is Caylee Anthony, her body was in a swamp, off a road, and Ray Kronk happened to stop at that exact spot, and have to relive himself right there? The likelihood of that happening is infinitesimal.

Same with this, how was Celeste's body found on this date? Not before, but was found. Something created a situation that Celeste's body was found. I have been in tow yards, most are extremely rank, with a myriad of smells, usually they are located next to highways. And the vehicle was there a few days before anyone identified a smell at that car.

Anyway, just a weird theory...
And how the dead sometimes, somehow seem to get revenge on those responsible.

I thought I read that it was changed to Model X - and the Model Y was a mistake?? No??

Color me confused....I must be missing something...🤔

Of course she was alive in 2025---why is that a big thing to prove?

The body was found on September 8, 2025.
August 27, 2025: A parking enforcement officer marked the position of the Tesla's tires.
Friends and family were in contact with her , allegedly, through June and July, 2025?

So why is it some big revelation that he has an undated photo of her 'in 2025?'

I feel like I must be missing the point somehow?
