yes, this is the only thing that still has me riding that uncomfortable fence. I am about 75% sure Burke is responsible for CR's death at this moment, but evidence of who was driving and parking that car up and down the block would help me land firmly on the - he did this side of things.

What they do have is computerised logs of everything. They should be able to find out exactly where that car went and when, and forensic techs should be able to process the interior and find evidence of who drove it.

I think the truth of what happened is going to turn out to be very simple. I do wonder if they're going to be able to tell if she was pregnant, or physically abused leading up to her death. She was walking, talking, living proof of a crime, even if neither of those things were the case. It doesn't matter if he was seventeen when they met online, she was only eleven, and she was still under the age of consent when she died. A child.

I have not been following every comment here but will state my opinion.

1) The singer and deceased reportedly share same tattoo "Shhh" which in its self is disturbing.
2) Assuming a personal relationship existed between singer and deceased it is odd that the singer did not notice her missing or incommunicado while he was on tour.
3) The singer did not report the deceased missing nor the car missing.
Of course a plausible explanation was that he was unaware. The forensics from the Tesla computer as well as the evidence at the singers home will be important as will the exact TOD of the deceased.

This whole situation is "highly Irregular".

Here are some additional thoughts :

1) What a coincidence, eh ?? (Not really)

2) Yes indeed, and -- David didn't 'notice her missing' if he already knew where she was !

3) Didn't report it to cover his tiny back end (he seems like a more short and petite type of person ?); or his entourage cleaned up his mess for him.
Doubtful about the latter, as this murder seemed very personal, almost like a sick 'thrill' for someone.

His friends/entourage/groupies may have moved the car at his behest, but again I think Celeste was killed by someone in a one-on-one situation.
What a way to ruin ones' career and their entire life, if the killer was David.
Only my opinion.

The car was "abandoned" fairly close to the house he was living at. Apparently, there are reports of the car being "moved" around that general area a couple of times. Unless he took everything and moved out of that house I don't think the car was really abandoned.

Also confusing is that some sources seem to hint that his car was 'stolen' while others simply report it as just found abandoned and not reported as missing ?

I'm a little, or a lot confused. Celeste first went on a "date" with David when she was 11 and didn't come home? Her mother went and got her a David's house? She had run away again, her family did or didn't report her or David to the authorities (LE). Have they known where she's been the whole time? This poor girl didn't seem to have any hero's!

The reporting has been somewhat confusing for this case.
Celeste was 12 in 2024.
She was 13 when found deceased.
There is a possibility that she'd told David she was older, we don't know.
No blame to her as I think she was groomed and maybe didn't want to lose that connection she thought she had with David ?
And that may be the cause of confusion for msm because some sources are still reporting her as 15 when found.
Her mother reported her missing in 2024, according to sources I've linked.

The Riverside County Sheriff told TMZ the teen was reported missing on April 4, 2024 ... and she was found dead in the vehicle in a Hollywood tow yard on Sept. 8 this year -- one day after her birthday.

They reported her missing when she didn't return after leaving with David to go see a movie.
She was with David with her families' consent, it appears from the interview the reporter had with her brother; they reported her as missing when she didn't return.

We all want to believe the best about David, but it doesn't sit well with me that she was found in his car.
It may have been someone else who ended her life, but she was with David when last seen.

I don't think he is the one who killed her.

I think he had a totally inappropriate relationship with her, starting when she was still an outrageously young child, that they did a poor job of hiding within their social circles, and I think that "relationship" became an albatross around his neck as he started to become famous and make money off his fame, and he was probably told by certain people around him, that he would have to cut ties with her, and I think he listened and agreed.

But ties like that are hard to break, and I think it was taking awhile and may never have happened if she hadn't been killed. I think he left to go on his World Tour and left her behind with people he knew, and in his absence, something terrible happened, and she died, maybe murdered, maybe overdosed, maybe who knows how. I think the person or people who were there when she died panicked and did a very bad job of hiding her body. Probably thought that where she was (in the Tesla) was just the temporary place til they figured out a better one, but the car was towed before they moved her again. Then obviously, it was out of their hands.

I don't know if I think they would have told David about it or not. But I know the cops did tell him about it, before they had identified her, and he said nothing to them, even though it would have been obvious to him exactly whose body it was. That's what I think right now anyway, but I know there are still many things we don't know and in the end, it all may look completely different.
