Yeah, you’re right. It’s really hard to not lead with emotion on this one. I am so angry that somebody took advantage of this young woman and my instinct is to demand immediate justice. Unfortunately, I would tend to believe that if he was coming and going with CR on a regular basis, as the neighbor said - he would not take steps to have his car record all of his movements. Not that that would be a dead end by any means, but…yeah. JMO

I have watched and read every interview for approx 2 weeks...don't normally follow cases when the victim is so young. But, I didn't know when I started hearing about the person found in the vehicle was a mere child of 14. After I heard her age, total gut punch...I was angry, really angry. The album "Withered" is supposed to be about personal experiences and in chronological order from beginning to end, per the singer's interviews. Anybody ever look up the Biblical meaning of "withered."????
I feel like this is a really weird musical version of Shutter Island. (I hope that is not too cryptic for everyone... but I'm sure the explanation will eventually come out.)

I think that the biggest issue is that we have no idea what, exactly, justice in this case involves, or what needs to be sought from whomever.

Certainly D4vd needs to be brought to some sort of account for what was almost certainly a deeply inappropriate and probably illegal relationship with Celeste. We have no idea how she died, who had the car, who moved it. He was sufficiently enmeshed in a broad support network that I could imagine, say, someone in management coming upon her after she overdosed and deciding to try to hide the body and doing so badly.

Without evidence, we cannot judge what exactly happened to her.

Tattoos (and to a lesser extend scars and marks) survive pretty well in decomposed, mummified, and even near-skeletal remains because the ink is in one of the deeper levels of the skin (many times a person will be facially unrecognizable and they won't be able to determine ethnicity, but tattoos will still be easily visible).

The tattoo on the finger was directly confirmed by the medical examiner in the (now removed) entry for this decedent in their unidentified case search under Case Number 2025-14252.

Sounds to me like D4 intentionally placed Celeste #2 in that visible location, in a black tube top, same hair style, etc, just so it could confuse people about the missing Celeste.

But would that work though? In person it might have been even easier to tell them apart since they likely have different voices, different mannerisms, complexions, styles and jewelry. Unlike CR, the other individual also seems to wear or use black framed glasses. Perhaps acquaintances of CR or fans who don’t often follow or watch D4vd’s social media content might not notice the differences at first or from a distance but people who would have often been around them, like close friends, family, managers, security, regular party guests and LE working on the case likely would.

Also, the live stream video found by TMZ featuring the other individual was posted all the way back in January 2024 and is seen on another one with D4vd attending a party with him and his friends in July of 2025. IMO, if D4vd was just using her to hide his pedophelia than there is a high likelihood she would have noticed within those 18 months. In particular she would have become aware of CR, since it was alleged that CR and D4vd were living together at that time, and the fact that CR was only 13, a minor and the victim of a child predator who managed to manipulate, abduct and traffic her away from her family. In addition, there is also the uncomfortable and creepy aspect that she and CR share the same first name and look similar, making the whole thing feel even more sinister and tenuous. Obviously I can’t speak for her since I don’t know her but in this hypothetical situation I couldn’t help but wonder why continue to associate or party D4vd at all when he would inherently be a criminal who is hurting both her and a child? Why would D4vd take the risk of pretending to date or care for someone knowing that when they inevitably get hurt they could retaliate by informing LE and CR’s family about what he has done to her and where they could find her? Why tell the world about a Celeste or his relationship with one at all if he is afraid of getting caught by law enforcement or criticism from the public? As a child predator and thereby criminal afraid of getting caught or losing his record labor as a consequence of what he has done to CR, shouldn’t he just keep his mouth closed and keep the her name and whereabouts to himself without trusting any of it with anyone? Especially not anyone who he already plans to take advantage of, hurt and use eventually.

The older Celeste seems to have straight hair everywhere I've seen her. How can the 2 Celeste's be mistaken for each other if that's the case? I did noticed the other Celeste wears large glasses, like in the video where a girl is in a hoodie that covers her head, and she tells David to answer the question someone has asked.

If the 2 Celeste's are not that similar, they can't be mistaken for each other IMHO. The video of a female at his concert, wearing a black tube top, with long curly hair, doesn't appear to be the older Celeste (unless she changed her hair). Determining who's who in David's zoo is very important to this case IMHO.

I think he may have asked someone in his small circle to move his car every two days, maybe paid them to do so. Like an assistant or a fanboy?

Then it may have become very smelly, and perhaps that person decided to stay away from the car after that, realising something was wrong?

Of course, there is still the possibility that someone in his circle framed him. Maybe there was a love triangle or some weird situation, and someone else harmed Celeste and decided to put the evidence in D4's car?

If his relationship with CR made mainstream news, it could get him in legal trouble and risk his career. And he had far to fall. This would explain most non-normal reactions people are identifying. This is often how innocent people get caught up in investigations -- they lie to hide an unrelated crime, and then that lie makes them a suspect.

The scenario I think is most likely if he did not kill her is that she OD'd. Whether it happened while she was with him or while he was on tour, there would be clear incentive for him or his people to not go to authorities.

Her being left in the car indefinitely does not strike me as something pre-planned, so while motive would have existed to get rid of her, I think the death was unexpected (with DV or OD being most likely -- by unexpected, I don't mean to rule out murder, I just don't think it was a calculated one).

The second Celeste is such a strange twist.

Second C was probably a decoy so if caught, he could hide the youngster and argue she was of age by presenting the older decoy to the public. Seems he made the younger C hide in the shadows or cover up.

Well, yeah, actually some people said it was a bad decision (back then and since then). OTOH, people did marry much younger back then. My favorite aunt married at 16 (and he was 18). They dated from the time she was 14. My mom married at 18 and dated my dad from the time she was 15 (he was 20 - they were married for over 60 years, very happily).

That being said, both that aunt AND my parents were shocked by Elvis's relationship with Priscilla. Too big an age gap for them. As a result, his music was banned in our household. My parents were disgusted that our next door neighbor was an Elvis fan and played his music, but stopped short of prohibiting me from playing over there. But for years, I was given the idea that Elvis was a horrible person (not just the age gap, but also the way he danced, ha). The pastor of our church talked about him from the pulpit, etc., saying he corrupted "a child."

Priscilla eventually came to think of it as a bad decision, herself, as indicated by every biography I've read of Elvis. I remember feeling sorry for him, as he pined away for her after she left him. Reading Priscilla's autobiography is eye-opening as well. At least they waited until she was 22 to marry. Whether her book is forthcoming with all details is certainly a matter of opinion, but I think they waited to consummate their relationship until she was much older than 13.

However, Celeste was only 11 when she ran away, as I understand it. Average age of onset of puberty has dropped since the 1950's, so I guess there's definitely a comparison to be made between Priscilla and Celeste.

It's my understanding that the average wait for full autopsy reports in L.A. County is several months. The number of cases they have is staggering and resources are thin. Four to six months for the toxicology:

I really appreciate all that background about the Elvis/Priscilla relationship. Honestly, I’m not even sure what point I was trying to make when I said that. On a different note, I was 13 when I made that ultimate decision with my boyfriend, and he was 17. Not saying I condone the relationship Celeste may or may not have had with David, I can just see how it happens. But anyway, I really do appreciate everything you shared. I didn’t grow up in that era so hearing those kinds of memories from you and your family’s perspective from all the way back then is super interesting. MOO!
