CA- Body (IDd as Celeste Rivas Hernandez) found in vehicle at Hollywood tow yard, abandoned Tesla registered to singer D4vd – 8 September 2025

By the seems.
It even looks like 50 show her the phone number that called it in: "that's not a Texas number" "that's an out of state number" so how can a not Texas number call from a Texas property?

Do cell phones have area codes in the US?
Yes but you can move keeping the same number and area code thousands of miles away or have a burner phone

Since this is now mainstream. It is important to realize these are the words of a "private investigator" not the attorney for D4vd, his parents or his management team. But, I find it strange a PI would already be suggesting "bad decision" defense, in my opinion.
Oh how things have changed...three weeks ago no one associated with that property even had an ounce of grief or curiosity as to her identity. The show must go on, right? 🤬🤬🤬🤬
And it was revealed quite a while back that his atty was BB.

I usually like hearing from SF but yes, this is irritating. I know we all want justice for CR!

I am coming into this case as a newbie. It's an interesting case and I am still learning about the tragic case of Celeste being found in a Tesla, so bear with me, please.

I was reading this DM article, and I know most say, it's the DM, so take it with a grain of salt, and I agree.

However, is there any truth to the information about Celeste having a challenging home life. I know teens normally struggle with their parents, as do parents struggle with their teen, but to the point of police being called to the home numerous times? Just asking if anyone knows and for any info.

I also feel that the Tesla itself provides a lot of info, anything revealing yet?

TIA

This comes after news she had a very challenging home life. It has already been reported that the Celeste Rivas had trouble with her family at home prior to being found dismembered.

But on Wednesday TMZ shed more light on just how twisted her residence was as the site reported that police were called over 11 times in just one year to the teenager's Lake Elsinore, California abode.

The time frame was February 2024 to April 2025. The visits to the home were due to 'minor crimes and suspicious activity.'

Things were so bad at her home that one day cops were called a total of three times; the date for that triple stop was March 19, 2024. Rivas was reported missing just weeks later on April 5, 2024.

MOO but I'd like to find out who was making the calls, and whether they were all from inside the house. I don't know what "minor crimes" would be in this context, and I can only speculate as to what the "suspicious activity" could have been. I don't recall seeing a headcount of the residents of the house; has someone seen this reported?

per the body cam footage conversations with the Burkes and LEOs the parents were at home as were DAB's minor sister and brother, who reside there with their parents.

Agree.

In the leaked live where they are discussing epstein, and he says its "controversial" she exclaims "its contraversial raping kids?!" like shes surprised by his diplomacy.

This indicates two things to me:

First, shes aware that relationships between older men and minors is not simply controversial by that reaction and

Second, she doesnt identify as a "kid" to recognise that her relationship is categorised the same way.
Assuming this is Celeste (I recall some back and forth on that), I think it’s more so a reflection that she didn’t see David as much older or their relationship as non-consensual. Consider how often people will comment on a perpetrator’s appearance when they’re charged with a crime, particularly rape — those comments are overwhelming. She probably just thought of Epstein as a gross old man, and didn’t relate it to her situation at all.

Yes, cellphones have area codes in the U.S. I'm in NYC and back when I got my phone in the '90s, we had the 917 area code used for cellphones overlaying all five boroughs, while landlines were 212 in Manhattan and 718 everywhere else in NYC. Now we have several other area codes, but at one time if someone said their number started with 212, you knew it was a landline in Manhattan. I don't know how it works in Texas, but it's possible you can still tell if a number is a cell or a landline by the area code, and the police may also use some sort of advanced caller ID to tell if the call is from a cell or a landline.

I'm sorry; I wasn't clear. I meant CR's home, when the cops were called 11 times in a year.

My only reference to this is a Seinfeld episode where they talk about the area code politics 🤣.
We have a similar situation here for landlines (country code, state code then local phone number) but mobiles/cellphones are not as informative in the lay out.
I think you used to be able to guess providers from the first four digits of the number but not so much now.

My guess is the brother has a burner phone.

I think it reflects her cultural and socioeconomic environment, where kids are exposed to adult dynamics much earlier than what’s typically considered normal. A serious relationship that would make her feel safe. It may also reflect what she endured and made her run away... kids don’t run away from a happy and loving home. MOO JMO
Just a note: Grooming can happen to a child whether or not there is trauma or abuse in their homes of origins. Kids can still be lured away by predators even without issues at home. I just wanted to point this out.

Sheriff Deputies Called to Home 11 Times in a Year... 3 Times in One Day
Deputies repeatedly responded to her house in Lake Elsinore, California between February 2024 and April 2025, according to police records, obtained by TMZ. And get this ... cops say deputies visited Celeste's home THREE times in a single day -- March 19, 2024.
That's the same date on the surveillance video TMZ obtained from a liquor store on the same block as the family home. Celeste's sister went to the store after Celeste ran away, and checked to see if she was on the video.
Most if not all of those 11 calls were probably related to the times she ran away from home. I find it interesting how TMZ apparently shifted the discourse drastically regarding Celeste; it almost seems like they're trying to make her and her family look bad. I expect even worse things about her and the family to be released in the coming days.

Poor Elaine got switched from 212 to 646 and when a guy asked for her number, she gave it to him, and he crumpled it up!

Agreed. In addition, if she was 13 yrs of age at the time, he would have been 18 yrs of age. So why is he meeting up with her? jmo

the number was not one the parents recognized, had an out of state area code, but LEO says that number pinged from their address. So the Burkes had LEO check their property just to be sure nobody was lurking or wishing them harm. Very odd. How did swatter get the phone to ping as if it was at their home if swatter wasn't?
Couldn't some kid have been hanging out on the street by their house or lurking on their property, hiding behind a car or something, using probably a burner phone to make the swat call, and the ping would look like it was at their house? Are pings that precise? Would pinging "at their house" look the same as pinging "very near their house?"

Around here (and I assumed it was the same nationwide), area codes wouldn't tell you if it's a cell or landline, because they all use the same ones if they're in, or if they originate from, this area. BUT, if you've lived here awhile, especially if you were familiar with phone numbers here BEFORE we got cell phones, you can usually make a good guess whether a phone number is cell or landline, but you don't look at the area code, you look at the prefix. The first 3 numbers after the area code. If it's a landline, the prefix tells you the area of town that it's in, and you can get pretty accurate, within a few miles, sometimes less. But if it's a cell phone (or VoIP), the prefix wouldn't tell me anything, because there's so many and AFAICT, they're not tied to any certain area like landline prefixes are. But the area codes will still all be one of the few designated to our state. UNLESS it's a cell phone that someone brought here from another area code. They'd still have "foreign" area codes, until they change to a local one, but you don't ever have to. They all work everywhere now.

I think it is reasonably clear that Celeste probably thought herself to be much older and more capable than was actually the case, and that no one in D4vd's entourage had an interest in contradicting her.

Beyond that, Celeste possibly coming from a troubled background should not surprise anyone. Runaways usually happen when people are actively running away from a situation. The idea that she might have been looking for a sort of security and stability that was not available in her home, for whatever reason makes perfect sense to me. It is just a tragedy that her search ended so horribly.

Heres another interesting coincidence.

6 September tesla towed, same day he writes "i start media training tomorrow guys wish me luck"..
- the next day was CRs birthday.

He already said to CR in a live stream that he'd "media trained" her so Im intrigued at his use of buzzwords since we know what came out in the following days.

The song accompanying this post includes the lyrics "can't control my feelings and I don't try to",
"I've made up my mind I wish to die today", "Glorious death"

So ive never heard of that artist he used in the post on 6 September before either and have a look at the similarities here. Star stickers on the face, anime, another skinny sad young man singing about "little girls"

a song galled "Marcelene" has lyrics:
"Marcelene is it just you and me in the wreckage of the world?
that must be so confusing for a little girl
(indecipherable)
but im losing myself and i think i might lose you too
this magic keeps me alive and its making me crazy
and i need to save you but whos gonna save me"

Havnt had time to do a proper look at his accounts but I think DAB considers this person a cultural influence.

Thoughts?
That song Marceline, is from Adventure Time, an animated show on Cartoon Network. Marceline is a little girl in then cartoon, that was left alone after armeggadon happened.

It is actually a heartfelt positive song in the show. It's weird it is being covered here though.

It's the lyrics I thought were very interesting and probably relatable to DAB but it was mentioned once as an interesting aside 🤣
instead of dismissing it and moving on, anyone who thinks it's irrelevant keeps saying it's irrelevant which continues it being a topic instead of actually talking about something they do think is relevant. IMOO

Her life could have been tumultuous at home, but I really don't think it would have to be.

Think about it, if she met him in 2021/2ish through some game and he started to groom her in discord when she was 10/11. She would have met him when he was barely starting to make a splash for his music. She would have been there for his whole crazy rise - as his special secret girl. To a little girl with no perspective, it would have seemed exactly like a fairytale.

Her family life could have been fine, ordinary. It wouldn't have been hollywood and millions and fame and glamour and the high intensity star crossed secret 'love story' and eventual celebrity life he promised her (and the fear of loosing him.) The grip he would have on her would have been extraordinary, no matter how good a family life she had.

I am sure her family wasn't perfect. Maybe they did have problems, or gave up getting her back, or took money or whatever. At the same time though, I have no doubt that any ordinary family would have had trouble holding onto her when he had that kind of pull. And the more they fought to keep her away from him, the more it would have strained her relationship with them.

Missing 13-year-old FOUND: Dismembered, Decomposing, in D4vd's Tesla

September 23, 2025 • 50 mins
On Sept. 8, the Los Angeles Police Department was called to a tow yard in Hollywood over reports of a foul odor coming from a vehicle. The LAPD found decomposing, dismembered, human remains, wrapped in a bag hidden in the front trunk area of a tesla registered in Hempstead, Texas, to 20-year-old, David Anthony Burke. He is known by another name as one of the hottest singer/songwriters on the planet, D4vd. Joseph Scott Morgan and Dave Mack discuss the victim and how she ended up in the Tesla owned by D4vd. The car was towed from the street in front of the house where D4vd was staying in the Hollywood Hills. When the human remains found in his car were identified, she turned out to be a girl who went missing when she was just 13-years-old. Her name was Celeste Rivas Hernandez, from Lake Elsinore, 70 miles away from where her body was found.

Speaker 1 (32:19):
Yeah, and that's that's the most important thing, because
clues rest in. I think that some of the clues dave,
at least for me, rest in her age, because, as
you have said more eloquently than anybody I have ever

(32:39):
come in contact with in the media. You told me
this several years ago, and I have never forgotten it.
You told me that if you are not an adult
and you have sex with someone that is an adult

(33:03):
that ain't sex, that's rape and sexual assault. Anytime we
have a very young person, Dave that we cover on here,

(33:25):
the big question I always have to ask is what
did a child, because she's thirteen when she went missing? Okay,
what did a child do to somebody that would have

(33:46):
them react with such a level of rage towards this
child as to bring about her death and then desecrate
her remains in death? Who out there would have this

(34:07):
kind of level of anger? That's that's the big question
in that, Dave. Now you think about that, you know
who I mean. I don't know when you were thirteen fourteen.
When I was thirteen or fourteen, Yeah, I had problems
with people I was growing up with. You know, it

(34:27):
might wind up in a scuffle whoever. You know, who knows.
But there's not a whole lot of people out there
that are looking to murder a child.

Speaker 3 (34:39):
Of this age.

Speaker 1 (34:40):
I just I don't understand it. So I think our
field gets narrowed down here pretty quickly.

Speaker 2 (34:45):
I want to share something with you because I went
back and looked at the missing person that was
put up last seeing Lake Elson, Or California, aged thirteen,
Her date of birth September seventh, twenty ten. All right,
when they put this missing person flyer out, she was

(35:08):
described as five foot three, one hundred and twenty pounds
right here right last scene, wearing gray pants and a
black sweater, a hat and hello, Kitty Sandals, that's the
little girl. Okay, yeah, go, five three, one hundred and
twenty pounds. I got the description of what they found

(35:29):
in the car, five foot two.

Speaker 3 (35:34):
Seventy one pounds.

Speaker 1 (35:38):
Well, let me, okay, before we go down this road,
just like me.

<modsnip: Quoted post as removed>

There was some lyrics in songs where D4vd makes references to 'something' happening in 2016. Online it says he was pulled out in 7th grade. He was born 28th March 2005. So 7th grade for him would have been 2017/18. Which could make sense if there was some incident in late 2016 and they pulled him out at the end of the school year.

He would also have been 11 which is kinda interesting considering that's about the age Celeste was when he (allegedly) met her.

I'm not the same kid I was in 2016
I was young, I was dumb
Now I overthink things
That I shouldn't, I couldn't
You wouldn't believe what I did as a kid back in
2016

Then there was another leaked song.
November 2016, I was selling at the high school
Nobody ever caught me, but I spoke too soon in the back of a police car.

I forgot whatever I knew.
I’m not telling anything.
Do the same if they ask you about her.”

I don't know if anyone has dug up exactly why he ended up homeschooled, or if he has ever given a reason. The lyrics to this suggest he might have been going off the rails.

As for being unsupervised on the internet. Two busy, affluent but uninvolved parents isn't that unusual. If he was occupying himself in his room and not being any trouble, I could see him getting to do what he wanted on the internet unsupervised.
