CA- Body (IDd as Celeste Rivas Hernandez) found in vehicle at Hollywood tow yard, abandoned Tesla registered to singer D4vd – 8 September 2025

  • #1,121
<modsnip: Quoted post was removed>There was some lyrics in songs where D4vd makes references to 'something' happening in 2016. Idk if that correlates to when he was pulled out of school. Online it says he was pulled out in 7th grade, though idk if that was during, after or before that school year. He would have been 11 which is kinda interesting considering that's about the age Celeste was.

I'm not the same kid I was in 2016
I was young, I was dumb
Now I overthink things
That I shouldn't, I couldn't
You wouldn't believe what I did as a kid back in
2016

Then there was a snippet of another song.
Nobody ever caught me, but I spoke too soon in the back of a police car.
I forgot whatever I knew.
I’m not telling anything.
Do the same if they ask you about her.”

I don't know if anyone has dug up exactly why he ended up homeschooled, or if he has ever given a reason.

As for being unsupervised on the internet. Two busy, affluent but uninvolved parents isn't that unusual. If he was occupying himself in his room and not being any trouble, I could see him getting to do what he wanted on the internet unsupervised.
Wow I think that's very relevant IMOO

By the seems.
It even looks like 50 show her the phone number that called it in: "that's not a Texas number" "that's an out of state number" so how can a not Texas number call from a Texas property?

Do cell phones have area codes in the US?

The link to the images was in the above comment being responded to?

(35:29):
in the car, five foot two.

Speaker 3 (35:34):
Seventy one pounds.

Speaker 2 (35:41):
That's why I wanted you to break down. Oh, that's possible,
because there's got to be an explanation for.

Speaker 1 (35:45):
Losing There is, there is, And let me kind of
explain this to you and just brace yourself for what
I'm about to say. All right, let's go to height.
The height there they are measuring this body. And the
way we make as bodies in the morgue is from
heel to crown. So from the heel to the top
of the head. All right, that's how bodies are measured. Now,

(36:11):
what do we know about her or what do we
know about these remains? Well, it's pretty obvious they have
they've been dismembered. Is it possible to lose an inch
of height during that Yes, it is, because we don't
know that you have all of the components. Let's just say,
let's just say that a quarter of an inch of

(36:34):
bone drops out when you're sawing through the bone. It
becomes bone dust, and you're having to do this multiple times.
It's not beyond it's not beyond understanding that you know
you would lose overall length or height of a body.

(36:55):
That's pretty reasonable. But how do you get from one
hundred plus pounds down to double digits. Well, here's
how it happens. They've she's been deceased for a while.
She has literally been cooking in that car or wherever
other locations she may have been prior to being placed
in the car. Part of her remains at this After

(37:24):
this amount of time, with this much heat exposed to her,
the body will take on a liquid quality, all right,
and you're going to lose some of that weight. So
if it's contained in a bag, you'll lose a lot
of the body that has been reduced down. You've also

(37:45):
got dehydration of the tissues. Remember, a lot of the
weight that we carry in life is in fact water.
Weight and in death too. And just think about the
ultimate dehydrator. Can you imagine being in a trunk in
LA during the summertime, just even if you were in

(38:08):
that in that location, living inside of a trunk, you're
a living person placed inside the trunk in the direct sunlight.
You're gonna lose maybe a couple of pounds just
in waterweight because you're gonna sweat it out. It's gonna
be like being in asauna. How much more so where
you've got constant exposure and decompositional breakdown. The cells are

(38:31):
all collapsing now and they become liquefied to a certain extent,
You'll still have some tissue that remains behind. And this
is one of the huge things here that I think
is very important. With who is now positively identified as
Celeste Revas, they have ruled her death, her manner of

(38:59):
death as a high homicide, but they still have yet
to come up with a cause. Well, one of the
reasons they don't have a cause, I think at this
point is that there's been so many tissue changes within
her that let's just say she's choked out, all right.
That it's a very personal thing where somebody's wrapped their

(39:21):
hands around her throat, and then you give you give
credence to this post mortem manipulation of the body those
dependent upon And I have no knowledge of this. I'm
just throwing this scenario out there. Let's just say you
go to dismember the body and one of the things

(39:43):
that I have yet to have a dismemberment case that
I've even either covered or worked where they didn't go
for the head first. That's generally how it works, all right.
So if you're removing a head, that means that somewhere
along the neck you're going to have to go into
that area with an instrument to separate it from the body. Well,

(40:06):
because you're doing that, any kind of artifact that's in
the neck, particularly when it's a long term decomposition, can
compromise the presentation. You can't really in or rule out anything.
The reason they're coming up with homicide as a manner, Dave,
is that the question I think that you have to

(40:28):
ask philosophically is who in the world dismembers the thirteen
or well, we don't know she would be fifteen. Who
in the world would dismember her? And you said they're
going to rule this as a homicide, you know, but
do we actually have evidence of specific homicidal trauma right now?

(40:52):
The LA County Corner has not released any of that.
I'm hoping that they will. I can tell you this
when they finally removed those remains from that trunk, Dave,
and I'm imagining the body. I'm imagining that they would

(41:15):
have taken out each individual this member remain, like whether
it's a foot, a lower leg, upper leg, head, and
they're going to x ray each one of those. And
this is a messy, messy affair, by the way, this
is not a standard kind of event, because you're dealing
with tissue that's so degraded that it's got a real

(41:38):
kind of oily, greasy feel to it. It's no longer
in this kind of firm state that you have with
with fresh remains, And so they would x ray every
single thing. Why would they x ray every single thing? Because, dude,
you cannot just simply look at the tissue and say, aha,

(41:58):
this is what brought about death. You've got to look
internally in this horrible mass that's left behind with an
X ray to see, is there a bullet track? Do
I have a lead storm, you know, which we'll see
many times if somebody's shot, you'll see this kind of
lead storm where the round particulates inside the body and

(42:19):
you can follow a trail. Are there any broken bones
in here that are not associated with the act of dismemberment?
You know, I want to know if she's had her
ribs broken or and we can delineate that. And the
more you say, well, how do you know that that
wasn't as a result of of dismemberment, Well, there are

(42:43):
ways that you can actually examine the bone and tell
if at a microscopic level, you can actually tell if
this is if this is something that was in the
anti mortem or perry mortem state while she's dying, as
opposed to ya, he broke broke a rib while he was,
you know, trying to figure out how to use the

(43:04):
saws all or the skill saw or the hacksaw or
the limbsaw or whatever it was.

Speaker 3 (43:08):
That he used.

Speaker 2 (43:10):
Now, wow, that's a lot to unpack.

It appears that gore, to D4vd, is like p o r n to him per his texts. At least that's my take on gore>"p-word"

So in aug 2022 she was 12?

C says her parents wont let her go to his concert and he says "don't worry. I'll fix it. "

How did he fix it? Did he bribe them? Or befriend them? Or just helped her sneak out?

<modsnip: Quoted post was removed> ... I am a parent. These kids spend so much time online! Our family tries to enforce screen time limits and I know one other family who has similar limits as us. However, most other families I know give their kids generous internet access. Nowadays with kids online games are the playground. The kids are often sleep deprived from having been up all night gaming. A friend of mine thought her kid was going to sleep at night but she later found out he was sleeping in class. Why? He would get ahold of an iPad in the middle of the night and chat/ play games when parents were sleeping. I also hear parental chatter about how even if we think we have forbidden kids from Discord or other social media by monitoring their devices, they can easily borrow a friend's device and set up accounts. It's a challenging time to be a parent. JMO

That's a really good question. Cuz he did something to make them allow her to attend. But what?

Apologies of this isn’t the correct place to ask this but I was wondering about the ME and the cause of death being deferred. I know they are waiting on toxicology results but seeing as the body has now been released to the family and no further physical exam will take place, are we to assume there was no sign of another potential case of death? Like blunt force trauma or signs of strangulation etc. Or would that not be mentioned (if there were such signs) until toxicology is complete?

Good questions. If no obvious cause of death was determined (strangulation, blunt force trauma, weapon), then the toxicology may well yield important clues.
Her life could have been tumultuous at home, but I really don't think it would have to be.

Think about it, if she met him in 2021/2ish through some game and he started to groom her in discord when she was 10/11. She would have met him when he was barely starting to make a splash for his music. She would have been there for his whole crazy rise - as his special secret girl. To a little girl with no perspective, it would have seemed exactly like a fairytale.

Her family life could have been fine, ordinary. It wouldn't have been hollywood and millions and fame and glamour and the high intensity star crossed secret 'love story' and eventual celebrity life he promised her (and the fear of loosing him.) The grip he would have on her would have been extraordinary, no matter how good a family life she had.

I am sure her family wasn't perfect. Maybe they did have problems, or gave up getting her back, or took money or whatever. At the same time though, I have no doubt that any ordinary family would have had trouble holding onto her when he had that kind of pull. And the more they fought to keep her away from him, the more it would have strained her relationship with them.

She may have represented herself as older on Roblox. At any rate, they were both minors at the time it began. She may have encouraged him, even been a kind of muse. I agree that almost any family would have a difficult time, given the allure of this kind of online relationship and his burgeoning career. Celebrity life beckoned, they may both have believed they were "in it" together.

IMO

Maybe sent a car and arranged transportation?

Just a guess.

He had a few buzzing songs before then, but released his first two really (mainstream Tiktok) viral songs (Romantic Homicide, Here with me) in July 2022. So this would probably be one of his first real concerts.

He would have been 17 then, and (allegedly) have 'known' her online for a year or so. Streamers and other people who've met him said he came across as very nice and likable. He's from a well off god-fearing family.

I could see the parents reflexivly going 'wft no' when their 12 year old said they want to go to their internet friends concert in L.A or wherever it was. But I could also see D4vd maybe being able to reassure them and talk them around. Invite mum/dad, organising transport, say his parents were gonna be there, wanting his friends at his first big show etc etc. He was an age that he was young enough they might not have thought of him as a potential predator and also considered him too old to be interested in her. Imo.

At least at that point. They likely realised their mistake quite quickly.

Maybe, but it sounds like something else to me since "fixing" the issue with her parents would likely be something other than sending around transportation. Now, if she had said "I have no way of getting there"... now that's an entirely different matter. Sending transportation could make sense there. But "fixing it" because her parents are so ****ing annoying by not letting her attend his concert...? I'm more apt to think that "fix" was something else. JMO

In Australia we have "Court data records" where we can look up if people have attended court. Is there something similar in the US?

"'There's no evidence' in Celeste case"

Assuming this is Celeste (I recall some back and forth on that), I think it’s more so a reflection that she didn’t see David as much older or their relationship as non-consensual. Consider how often people will comment on a perpetrator’s appearance when they’re charged with a crime, particularly rape — those comments are overwhelming. She probably just thought of Epstein as a gross old man, and didn’t relate it to her situation at all.

I thought the same, she was speaking on JE. I know with YouTube…so potentially with Twitch as well, certain words on your livestream will get you flagged and de-monetized. That’s what I assumed was happening in the video and why he said to “delete everything” etc. Not because she made some freudian slip about their “relationship”.

"'There's no evidence' in Celeste case"

....... that's been released to the public.

Who is this? Random defense attorney. Banfield is reporting what others are reporting.... NewsNation haven't sent Brian Entin or any reporters to LA to cover this*. I wonder why? I suspect part of the reason is they know TMZ/ Harvey Levin have the upper hand and control over this story. "Reporting" that "we have no evidence" is irresponsible when this lady is just a random defense attorney who isn't even involved in this case on the ground LOL.

It's not the LAPD or investigators announcing they have no evidence. It's not even reporters on the ground (but they wouldn't dare share something like this if it were murmurs.)

*they enlisted the "help" of "PI" SFInvestigates, who is fraught with issues to begin with.

Actually, NO. There were "attachments", not links.
When the link was posted it turned into a thumbnail of a video. There's no way to stop that from happening as far as I know?
Of if anyone can educate me on how to stop the links turning into thumbnails to avoid this I would appreciate the education please.
Or if it's unavoidable how do we reference the links that turn into thumbnails acceptably? Are they still classified as links if you click them and they take you to the original source?
I'm not trying to argue I'm trying to clarify so I can get the process correct.
The pictures that were snipped were just stills of the video that was left so I'm just trying to work it out.
Thank you for clarifying @Sillybilly so I can work out how to remedy it.
