How old is his daughter?
I am not sure. He has two daughters with Krista. They were separated at the time of his death. He wasn't living in San Francisco.

Here is something I found about his children's ages. Its an older article, but updated with NM's recent conviction news.

Article posted upthread.

Lee had two children, ages 14 and 17, but he separated from his wife in 2019 and moved to Miami during the pandemic with his father, continuing his lifestyle in perpetual motion. Whenever he came back to San Francisco, he took full advantage of his social scene, always wanting to see one more friend. It was during one of those long nights out that he met Nima Momeni.

GUILTY: Nima Momeni convicted of 2nd degree murder in death of Cash App founder Bob Lee

12/17/2024

Inside baseball: Reporters were not allowed to use laptops as the verdict was read today. Instead, it was a brisk walk down a long hallway to get in front of the camera for our live breaking coverage. Big thanks to Randy Knox (a regular at the HOJ) for being our legal expert.

Man-oh-man...The jurors worked so hard to reach a verdict. I'm thinking it was 10/2 for first degree and 2 were never going to budge. Well that is the way our jury system works and they managed to come to their conclusion.
As a juror, I would have been asking, "Why did you sell the BMW if the stabbing occurred outside your vehicle? What did you do with your clothes? Why didn't you call 911 and at least notify someone a man was injured by your hand? If you didn't know BobL had been stabbed, then why take the time to pick up the knife and throw it over a fence??? It just seems as if NM was trying to hide everything....his car, his clothes and the knife! And true, self-defense is not a crime...
so why try to hide anything NM? I don't think I have ever read a case in which the deceased victim has not been blamed, in some way, for their own death....it is so unsettling and horrid for the family, friends and loved ones.
Hmmm, just listened to words from KristaL....she has received information about NM's prior actions....uh oh.

Does anyone remember if this Friday, January 10th is the sentencing date for Nima Momeni and, if so, what time on Friday?

I don't want to miss it.

This article states that Friday, January 10, 2025 there will be a hearing to decide the sentencing date for NM. No time is given for the hearing.

A preliminary hearing to set the sentencing date for Momeni has been scheduled for Jan. 10, 2025.

@Sundog, I have yet to locate a time for sentencing. It's not even been reported on X, at this time. Anyone else?

I anticipate a time of 9:00 a.m or 10:00 a.m. PT today, which would be noon or 1:00 p.m ET.

Thanks!

Sounds like it is a hearing to determine when sentencing will take place, not a hearing to actual deterine the sentence. So I guess they will go over the process, probation report due dates, mitigation witnesses, etc. Maybe we'll see something in the San Francisco newspapers about it later today.
