““It's very embarrassing, but I did put myself into that situation many more times trying to take control of that situation,” she said about meeting up with Boivin after her alleged sexual assault. "It got worse and worse.”

At 2:40 a.m. the morning Lee was killed, Khazar texted Boivin: “Come now. Sorry that was my brother on the phone ripping me new one. He doesn't even think I'm gonna talk to you again. Lol. He just doesn’t want me to talk to Bob anymore.”

I don’t want to make it seem like I’m discounting the possibility that something untoward happened to her that wasn’t consensual but I’m just trying to understand the narrative. And if it was Boivin why did Bob Lee take the fall?
...snipped for focus. Kittybunny, You are asking a very good question!! I see it as KM not wanting to lose her relationship with Boivin (the guy she said continues to provide a service for/to her.) But she didn't have a problem throwing BobL under the bus because he only came back from Florida once a month. And, he was scheduled to leave San Francisco the day of his murder. Earlier I read (someone claimed) she is manipulative/plays games and makes up stories, at worst. At best, she has managed to portray herself as the victim of all these men....including her brother. People addicted to drugs will often manipulate others or redirect in order to have continued access to drugs.
So far I have read from her testimony: She has people over to her condo to take drugs. She goes to other people's apartments to take drugs. She takes drugs to deal with trauma. She says she does drugs with her brother. Echo chamber? At one point that night Khazar texted her brother: “Did you take the rock that was left at my house? I had got that to last me a month. I can't keep paying for blow and give it to people.”
Edited to ask, what is a rock (cocaine?), is it a large amount, and how much does it cost?

The woman at the center of the Bob Lee murder case testified Monday about telling her brother, accused murderer Nima Momeni, how the Cash App founder’s drug dealer sexually assaulted her a day before the killing — yet within hours was at her house with more drugs.

agree! but i was talking about the citizen who claims to have seen bob and bob called out for help and they just... left!

"I remember that night very well" then "that night was really hazy for me and i was very high" lol girl pick one!!
i am giving you 1000 likes!! And, 3000 laugh out loud imojis....yep, she is not consistent. Of course I am being extremely generous and will refrain from the use of pathological liar. I don't think people use her, I think she is the one who uses others. Interesting she mentioned not being able to buy enough cocaine to give to other people. Hmmm, did someone cut off her money supply?

One of Nima Momeni's lead defense attorneys, Saam Zangeneh, who appears to be the only lawyer in court who wears tailored, bespoke suits, today is wearing a tope-colored suit. He wears a distinctly different suit everyday.

By comparison, deputy district attorney Omid Talai wears dark gray suits daily as does his second chair and SFPD homicide inspector Brent Dittmer. All three wear suit-jackets with shoulder pads, which accentuate their rather stiff manner.

For the record, in my years covering courts, defense attorneys are often dressed in a more eclectic way compared to their prosecutor counterparts, whose favorite color seems to be an institutional charcoal that conveys their role as government officials.

Correction: Zangeneh's suit is a light taupe.

Khazar Momeni, who is on the stand answer gin questions about Bob Lee's texts to her in the days leading to his death, wears a white, open-collared, blouse and light trousers.

Nima Momeni, in case you thought I forgot, is in a light grey suit—with similar shoulder pads to the prosecutors.

Momeni's mother (who wears a white, Kashmir, shawl and khaki pants) is in the court as are Lee's father, brother and ex-wife. The two men wear dark suits—black and grey—and Lee's ex wife a green blazer.

Turns out that shawl is a long coat that she threw over her shoulders like a shawl.

We are on break, so I’ll continue my thread on the trial’s fashion, so to speak. Half of the gallery is made up of journalists dressed in everything from a black jean jacket w blue jeans (moi), to jeans and blue sports coats, to black slit trousers pairs with a white blazer.

Then there are, of course, the sheriff’s deputies, whose fashion sense I can only loosely call lazy paramilitary. Their pallet is all brown, green and yellow.

As for the jury, from what I’ve noticed, their sartorial choices are all about comfort and therefore forgetable. In fact, none stand out in my memory enough to relay here.

An observation on shoes: an assortment of tennis shoes in all their ugly comfort. But also a pair of what must be specialty low rise Dock Martins and a pair of black clogs. There are also a variety of short heeled slip ons, from pumps to leather boots. Finally, oxfords abound.

Bo had made unreciprocated romantic advances at Khazar in the past.

When Lee and Bo left, Khazar got a number of message from Lee: "Get your 🤬🤬🤬 in my Uber...or never speak to me again."

Khazar says that Bob Lee was not worried about leaving her with Jeremy Boivin. Bob introduced her to Boivin as one of his good friends.

No, longer accompanied by her transportation attorney it appears.
Coud it be her "inconsistencies" has also alienated her entourage? Not even her mother is walking with her now. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for family to listen to her testimony. This is just horrible, horrible, horrible.
(As a family, we have seen the tragedy of drug addiction and "recreational use" ending in the death of too many young adults. One minute I feel empathy, the next I feel anger. JSMH)

Meanwhile, Khazar got into a bikini that Boivin, who had his own swimming suit on, gave her. Khazar's acquaintance, who had just arrived, did not want to go swimming or wear a swimsuit. Boivin gave both woman GHB and they both ended up in Boivin's bedroom.

Information I had not previously read or heard. Information AT THE END OF THIS VIDEO from KPIX CBS New Bay Area:
"We also learn from prosecutors that several members of the Momeni family, including Khazar and Nima were instructed by a previous defense attorney to get rid of their phones and get
new Iphones just days before NIma's arrest. And Khazar's husband alledgedly googled,
How to Erase an Iphone just before NIma was taken into custody."

Holy moley!...are they saying an attorney told them to destroy evidence?? Is that ethical or legal? If so, I think they should all be arrested because they are attempting to get rid of evidence in a murder case. Can this get any worse?
This eerily reminds me of a case ongoing in Florida now.
