Nima Momeni's attorney is asking Khazar about the texts Bob Lee sent her in the days before he was killed. The pair first hung out on April 1 when Lee came to her house after attending a Twitter part. Lee, she says, was high on coke and ketamine that night and aggressive.
At one point after a drug-fueled night at a Twitter party, in early April 2023, Bob Lee left Khazar and Jeremy Boivin to go to a job interview.
For context from earlier testimony, Khazar and Bob Lee had together, and separately, been partying for two straight nights with little-to-no sleep before Lee was killed early April 4.
The jury is now being shown a video still of Lee's drug dealer Jeremey Boivin and Khazar in the parking lot of Boivin's apartment. Boivin is carrying a backpack, which Khazar says carried his tank of nitrous oxide.
Khazar is again testifying about all the drugs she had taken on April 3rd and 4th: acid, coke, nitrous oxide, alcohol and ketamine.
Momeni's defense attorney is now showing an image of DJ and Bob Lee friend Borzoyeh Mohazzabi, aka Bo, taking a hit off a nitrous tank at Boivin's house. Khazar says she felt uncomfortable with him and asked him to leave.
Bo had made unreciprocated romantic advances at Khazar in the past.
When Lee and Bo left, Khazar got a number of message from Lee: "Get your
in my Uber...or never speak to me again.”
Khazar says that Bob Lee was not worried about leaving her with Jeremy Boivin. Bob introduced her to Boivin as one of his good friends.
Meanwhile, Khazar got into a bikini that Boivin, who had his own swimming suit on, gave her. Khazar's acquaintance, who had just arrived, did not want to go swimming or wear a swimsuit. Boivin gave both woman GHB and they both ended up in Boivin's bedroom.
