when judges make idiotic decisions like this, (and it's happening all the time) you gotta wonder what skeletons they have in they're own closets to make them seemingly sympathize with these sickos.

It really does make a reasonable person wonder!

I wonder how the judge would have felt it the 4 year old girl, or the three year old boy had been related to him? How could he allow that *&%$# into the house with a child he had already traumatized? The family "promised" to keep him away from the children. Yea, right!

And just how did the family in question plan to keep the perp away from the 4 yr. old inside a home. Did they present the judge with a safety plan which included constant surveillance of the child and the man with door alarms and a locked room at night?

Didn't think so. There should be an immediate civil lawsuit against the judge and the county on behalf of this child. They acted in consort to prevent her from the expectation of safety within her own home. Unless there are extremely unusual circumstances, I also believe this family should lose parental rights to this child as they failed to protect her. IMO, they are complicit in her rape. Not OK!!

maybe they planned to tie him to his bed every night like the family with the special needs kid that died in the fire......
since the family is just as guilty as the perp and the judge here, who will sue on the little girls behalf?

Seriously, I'm afraid you will be right. It will take an actual rape of a child to put him away for any length of time. This guy is bold so I wouldn't be surprised if that is his next crime.

Nope. He got a significant amount of time.

Then was murdered by his cellie in 2011.
