From what I can gather, "Scherezada" is the Spanish translation for Scheherazade (of the 1001 Nights stories).
Some website about names said that there is basically nobody in the US with this name (or less than 5 people). So I wonder if she (or maybe just her parents) was originally from a Spanish-speaking country. Still a very unusual name unless she was just doodling something inside of her shoe and thinking about the stories.

I interpreted this as being the brand of the shoe versus something handwritten?

Could be. It was only inside of 0ne shoe however, and I didn't get any hits for brands with this name during a search. And they usually list things like "XYZ brand shoes" "or blue shoes size 6 XYZ brand." But as we know, the data that's entered can be far from perfect!

I've been having a lot of problems lately with NamUs links. Exactly what you experienced. Hopefully they work out some of the kinks surrounding the site changes.

I get my hopes up too when I get the error page. :(
Must have been a problem at my side. I can reach it now, so sadly she is not identified.

It's a petty there is no PM picture or a recon for this woman. There is book called Sherazade, about an Algerian girl.

"SHERAZADE, AGED 17, DARK CURLY HAIR, GREEN EYES, MISSING Sherazade is seventeen, Algerian, and a ¬runaway in Paris. Although she has no morals, no scruples, no politics, no apparent emotional depth and little education, Sherazade remains curiously unattached but innocent in the city's underworld of drop-outs, outcasts, political activists and junkies".

Sherazade|Paperback

It's also a name used in mostly France, spelled like this. Originally a Persian girls name, or used in Arabian (Muslim) countries.

Different spelling, like in the shoe; Scherezada is used in Spanish.

The meaning is "city dweller"

So strange that the people who owned or rented the garage wouldn't know who she was. Why would she sneak into a random garage to hang herself from the rafters??

It's a pretty small house and she'd likely have to walk on the driveway past the house to get to the garage in the back. You can see a bit of it on Street View here, behind the left side of the house.

Yes, it seems strange. Maybe the house was vacant at the time.

That's possible but if it was vacant, why would the garage door have been open, not closed? Usually garages like this don't have any windows or anything, just the large garage door is the only way in. And why would 2 children have gone into the random garage too and found her? Very strange all around...
