I just find it odd according to his manifesto it seemed everywhere he went beautiful hot sexy women were making out in front of him with popular obnoxious guys.

I don't see this amount of PDA as much as I go out. I have to wonder if many of these scenarios were really happening as much as he wrote and were in fact psychotic delusions and fantasies and not really happening at all?

I have never heard a straight 22 yr old male say he looked magnificent or his eyes were exotic gems! He is very aware of fashion. I wonder if he hated the females in his life because none were attracted to him because he assumed they thought of him as gay. He talked a lot about girls rejecting him but yet never asked any out or really even talked to them. IMO He wanted to be a tall,macho type, womanizer(maybe like dad?) but he was the complete opposite. I know many people were saying someone on fox news said he might have been homosexual and fighting it, I think he might have been too. He also was very racist even against other Asians, but he called himself Eurasian. I have not heard anyone refer to someone as Eurasian since the 60's when I was a little girl. IMO He talked non stop about never being kissed ,being a virgin and how all girls rejected him to his few male friends so they would not suspect he was gay or confused about his sexuality. I also wonder if he knew about his father's pictures of nudes .

Yes, I understand a little bit about Aspergers and being without social skills.

I thought some of the conversations were indirectly pointing to gays. Personally I think he looked rather feminine , esp, his lips.
Could he have truly hated women and secretly been drawn to men?

He did have an androgynous look about him. What he didn't seem to realize is that many women find that look incredibly attractive. I'm one of them :blushing: He doesn't do it for me, but I have found myself attracted to that look on some males. I didn't know this about myself in my 20s though.

His biggest downfall with the ladies seems to be that he didn't allow himself to be open to the possibility of non-blonde ladies being worthy of his company. He may have found someone who could have accepted his physical appearance just the way it was.

I don't believe his physicality was the reason blondes or females in general weren't attracted to him. His pictures and videos exude this... oh, what's the word? Piggish attitude. Most women can sense that from a mile away. You won't hook the ladies if you have to advertise that you're the ultimate alpha male. That kind of attitude seeps out of a persons skin. :banghead:

He never even asked any girls out.. ever it seemed. He would just grow angry because couples would be doing what they do. He would want to abuse/assault them in some sort of way. Then he would go off and cry. His Aspergers seemed to be paralyzing him. This is just.. wow.

This was/is my thought too. When I first saw him his appearance in the car on video he looked to me to be gay as well. In a weird way I wondered if he is not wanting to be the blonde female. I do think that his mental illness was the major issue here. idk he is like so many others that when I see their picture to me it is obvious that he had issues.

In his manifesto ER wrote about stepmom making a huge scene about him walking into her and dad's home without knocking, and how it led to his being banned from the house. I guess stepmom may have had uneasy feelings about him.

I'm very glad his plans failed regarding the little boy, who by his own account was one of the few people who genuinely loved ER. It's going to be devastating for that little one when he finds out what was planned for him. He's only 6.

He may have perceived the video sessions as private or different than "real life", and took on his other persona in that fashion. My brother (Aspie) is totally different when he perceives privacy, even when others can clearly hear or see him. When he feels alone (in his room, walking down the street with headphones, the shower), boy does he rant... But the very second he steps back into "public", it's like a switch is flipped and he acts completely different. Not "normal", but not in the rant mode anymore, it's instant.

I feel the need to repeat that I do not think AS is at the root of this massacre.

I'm so glad the others were spared! I noticed in reading that his focus of his brother was that the little boy looked up to and adored him, in a kind of "like everyone should" way. He didn't seem to register it as love, but as the worship he felt he was owed. Jmo.

Sorry, all! I thought I saw on a body building site that he had claimed to be 5'9". At 5'6" he needed to rethink that tall blonde idea. What was wrong with a short blonde? Not that we'll ever know his reasons why... for seeking only tall blondes. He kind of set himself up for that. I asked my husband when we were dating for a year why all his gf's had been short and his reply was "because I'm short". Made perfect sense then.

We know he was prescribed Risperdal, which is an antipsychotic used for schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, as well as some symptoms related to autism. Considering we only know of Aspergers (and even that has been reported inconsistently), I think it's safe to surmise that his mental issues were of the psychotic variety.

I've learned via this link that Risperdal may cause breast growth in men. I wonder if that was a part of ER's refusal to take it.
