LE is still at the home and the CSI Unit is still there as well.
I believe so, but best bet is to report your post and askBecause of the arrests are we now allowed to talk about/show parents previous court records? Like restraining orders etc? I can never remember this rule
Good question. With the parents being arrested makes one wonder what was found in Dads car that they seized and searched Tuesday.
My guess would be, LE immediately ran a background on both of them, and when their stories sounded so insanely fake, they were able to demonstrate probable cause to remove her for her safety during the investigation.I wonder what was going on with the 2 year old daughter that was removed from their house, i find it odd to just up and remove her.
What’s the alternative? We can’t just throw the surviving children out onto the streets.i know money isn't a very important thing even on the periphery of this family. but, i have my doubts that jh contributes to the financial care of his previous victim. and, if he and wife are tried, found guilty and sentenced to prison for the murder of emmanuel... taxpayers are financially responsible for the lifetime care of his victim as well as the incarceration costs of housing, feeding, etc of the killers.
it's not the financial care of the victim that bothers me.... it's the entire financial responsibility thrust on taxpayers because of the actions of monsters.
i suppose this is an argument for a different time... but, sheesh what a society we live in.

My guess is that since Rebecca's story stunk and husband has a history of child abuse, police called in the Department of Child Welfare and they decided to remove the youngest child.I wonder what was going on with the 2 year old daughter that was removed from their house, i find it odd to just up and remove her.
Unfortunately, I can see this backfiring, with people killing more small charges that they originally injured and whom they don't think will recover, and stashing the little bodies trying to avoid prosecution.bbm
I just spat out my water.
I think there need to be reforms made as a result of this case. You should not be able to turn a baby into a vegetable and then walk free and be the caregiver of more children. Maybe we could call it Emmanuel's law: no one who has caused serious bodily harm to a child should be allowed to act as a caregiver to another child.
I doubt he's required to; both of the children from that marriage were adopted. He's no longer legally their parent.
I was thinking further out where there is higher sand content. Too many have been dumped out there and buried. Some too shallow and up they pop (sorry for that visual). I just think they are too lazy to bother with a drive or even that little work. I don't want to think about what they may find inside that home.I lived there years ago, the ground is hard as a rock. I doubt they bothered to dig, but found someplace to just leave him. Ugh, that makes me feel sick just thinking of it. Poor baby.
Not yet. They haven't even updated the inmate list yet.Any mug shots yet?
Sheriff's Dept stated this morning they are still looking for him.Is it possible that LE has found little Emmanuel, but are not telling the public yet?
