Their 2 yr old daughter was born during the 2023 timeline.

2018 is when his 10 week old daughter was taken to the hospital near death.
2023 was his guilty plea sweetheart deal.
I don't have the months for either year but JH was free during that time period.
imo
He was charged in 2021. He pleaded guilty in June of 2023, so RH certainly would have known about the charges, because they were already together. But she chose to stay with him.

I mean, it’s not a great area. I’m in LA and, this is a generalization, but typically the further you get from LA and the deeper into the desert, the cheaper it is to live. They are really far out — almost to Palm Springs. All that’s really in Cabazon is a big outlet mall and a casino.

And the dinosaurs!

Very curious what evidence they have to come right out and charge with murder (with malice!) without the baby found.

I think there was blood in the house, that looked more than just an innocent cut or nosebleed.

Do we even know for sure she's a victim of DV? Just wondering.
I think the black eye came from him. Was it just for the coverup? IDK.

Another lawyer who should just shut-up.

"A lawyer that has been representing Jake Haro said he didn’t know much about the arrest and charges, and was still trying to get in touch with his client.

But defense lawyer Vincent Hughes told The Post that Jake Haro has denied any involvement in his child’s disappearance.

Hughes is only speaking on behalf of the father — and not also the mother — to avoid any potential conflicts of interest. He said he has represented the father in past criminal cases.

Hughes insisted there shouldn’t be a nexus between the past criminal charge and the new legal trouble his client is now facing.
“The criminal justice system is about reform, he completed the child abuse class, he did what he was told to do. I don’t really see how if somebody has a charge, any future charge means that they did it,” he said as the attorney complained he’s faced a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 of death threats and verbal abuse since the missing child case gained traction.

“I’m being completely dragged through the mud because I’m giving somebody what they are constitutionally protected and afforded it,” said Hughes".

Easy peasy for JH's defense lawyer Vincent Hughes.

Wash-rinse-repeat.

JH almost murdered but left his 10 week old daughter , paralyzed, inability to speak, blind, and with a feeding tube and his defense was he blamed it on his wife at the time VH.

JH murdered his 7 month old son Emmanuel and his defense will be he'll blame it on his latest wife RH.

What a father and husband, almost murder then murder your infant and baby and blame it on the women.

When are lawyers going to learn to keep their mouths shut and not do these interviews that usually prove to not age well.
Vincent Hughes defends JH 2 days ago.

Sooooo glad they are arrested ,I wonder who's going to turn first.i hope one of them tells where the remains are so he can be laid to rest. Then hopefully justice. The egg and sperm donor need to answer for what they did. get their inmate numbers and never be heard /seen from again. Jmvho

Same county and same D.A who signed off on JH's guilty plea deal.
One day out of the 180 day sentence in jail so the sheriff could process him then the rest on a work program.
4 yrs probation and some kind of parenting course.
wow, I'm so surprised that he killed his baby. Didn't he take that 'parenting' course?

He was the trial team leader for child abuse cases.
You can't make this up...

The team leader for child abuse cases just let a violent abuser walk free? Sounds about right for California Justice system. The home of 'no bail needed', no charges for theft under 1K, it is allowed, with zero accountability. Mobs walk into our stores and fill up shopping carts and wheel them out of the stores, with no resistance or charges. No accountability anymore.

You MUST provide mainstream media, law enforcement, or other approved link/ sources when you post a fact. You can't simply post something as a fact without backup.
You can't tell other members to look for it on other channels. It is up to you to post the link.
From now on, if you post a fact without providing your source/link, (and it must be an approved source) it will be an automatic 1-day time out.
I'm so sorry I have to do this. Many posters are randomly posting facts without links, causing too much work for our volunteer mod team.
Thank you

Tricia

So somebody in the family had not seen Emmanuel for weeks?

Plus the wonderful extended version of Jake's perp walk.....

ETA: it looks to me like they purposely parked the rig in the ouchy vegetation? Perhaps why they did not allow him to grab footwear.

I don't know who the guy is in that video but he's squinting like he's looking straight into the sun lol.

Oops!
I stand corrected on which court ordered course/class JH took.
The DA's and Judge's 2025 poster boy.

I can't believe we live in an era where lawyers who've taken high-profile cases give interviews on YouTube. o_O

JH's lawyer Vincent Hughes went on News Nation and NN also has a Youtube channel so that's how VH also landed on YT.

High profile attorneys and attorneys for high profile cases do interviews on quite a few YT channels owned by other attorneys.

The most valuable information I get is from Youtube attorneys.

We need to stop blaming this on individual judges or states IMO. The US has a general issue with treating child abuse as a low level crime that can be fixed with a few classes. One of our local judges - known as “tough on crime” and very gladly so for certain people and groups - gave a mom house arrest so she could care for her biological children at home, rather than a jail sentence, after she and her husband abused their adopted child so badly that she ended up hospitalized for months. This is a problem with how we as a country- as a whole - treat child abuse as a crime. We need stronger sentencing minimums for cases of child abuse with less discretion, and a revamp of the child protection laws and how we view them and how we fund agencies. If we pretend this is one state’s issue or one judge’s issue or one agency’s issue, we lose the ability to fight to protect children across the nation, and divide ourselves unnecessarily.

I don't mean to be callous, but I think if you best a baby to 3 percent brain function, that is murder.

I wonder what condition the 2 year old was in, to be immediately taken by CPS when they reported the "kidnapping".

This is an odd comment, I know, but it's been on my mind so I'll say it.

Their clothes are so CLEAN. I noticed his sweatshirt at the first tv appearance was so white, I wondered if it were brand new. Now seeing the arrest video, it appears they were woken up and quickly dressed, yet the whites are so white and the clothes are wrinkle-free (unlike many at-home comfy clothes).

I know that is a petty observation, but their clean attire is striking in comparison to how the outside of their house looks and in comparison to knowing a large amount of blood was found inside. The juxtaposition of clean and dirty is surprising.

I make no conclusions, just an observation of the laundry skills of someone in that household.

And just in case this is misinterpreted, I will note I find them absolutely deplorable and I AM NOT DEFENDING THEM just because I notice their whites are white. It's simply a detail that pops out (brightly).

Can forensic testing determine how old blood is?

Has anyone heard when Emmanuel was last seen?
Previously, I thought they perhaps "laid him to rest" somewhere hidden. I no longer think that.

I now doubt his little body, whole or in parts, will ever be found.

And that ugly truth might be what binds them in unity. How could you ever admit that?
