wait the incident was on the 23rd? werent they arrested yesterday?
The incident would be dated the date the report was filed not the date the abuse occurred

That's what he does though. With the little 10 week old he blamed it on his then wife (now ex). With Emmanuel, through his attorney, he was sooooo cooperative. Pretty sure he is or was going to try to do the same thing. What is the common denominator in those two cases?? HIM Don't get me wrong by doing nothing the two wives were just as guilty.Hear! Hear!
If it was JH who murdered baby Emmanuel and RH had absolutely nothing to do with it I ask myself did RH not have one opportunity before she did her "hola" to grab her daughter and get to authorities via however and tell them her husband murdered their son?
We have no idea when baby Emmanuel was last alive and no idea what torture he experienced leading up to and including his death.
LE finding him and the results of an autopsy will hopefully give a much clearer picture of the circumstances that caused BE's death at the hands of his parent(s).
No mercy for RH.
IMO

How do we know his ex wife isn’t the one who inflicted the abuse? Or some of it?
see we need a chart. ( sorry i shouldnt joke about this)The incident would be dated the date the report was filed not the date the abuse occurred
We don’t, and it must be noted she is also the mother of his son with apparently documented FAS.How do we know his ex wife isn’t the one who inflicted the abuse? Or some of it?
True, they pointed fingers at each other.

But JH sure does seem to be the common denominator here.
That is a fair statement. I do think with a second incident now though it's going to be harder for me to give him the benefit of the doubt. And I do feel the wives played their part in this. How do we know his ex wife isn’t the one who inflicted the abuse? Or some of it?
She was and, sad to say, is. She has 3% brain function among a long list of other things wrong. We know she has to have ignored it. They said that baby would have been a mess.
He was moved at some point after his arrest from Presley to Larry D. SmithView attachment 610573

Weren't they at the same facility initially? She's in Riverside, he's now in Banning.

Interesting that the DCS office is also on Cottonwood Ave.
Deputies say the Haros are also at the center of other reports of abuse.
Riverside County sheriff's deputies say they responded to a call of child abuse at a home in the 23000 block of Cottonwood Avenue in Moreno Valley on Thursday afternoon. They confirmed the investigation is related to the Haros.
Deputies said the investigation into the alleged abuse is ongoing. No further details were released.
Wow, what do we think this could be about?
I don't have sympathy for either of them, but I don't believe both are equally guilty if only one of them hurt the baby. We don't know the power dynamic within their household, so I'm not yet comfortable assuming they were both in favor of committing the act. I do agree with you that they are both responsible for the cover up. JMO.I don’t feel one is any more guilty than the other. They both lived in the house with Emmanuel. They were both aware of what happened (no matter who did what). Neither called for help. Both went along with the cover-up and lied through their teeth. One or the other of them could have come clean at any time, but they are both sticking to this ridiculous scenario. I have zero sympathy for either one of them and if one turns on the other and gets a plea deal, I hope the judge throws it out and nails both of their butts to the wall.
I guess it is just really hard to know. Could be a population/staffing situation for sure. But how knows?Dunno anything about these but assume it’s just a population thing?
I see Larry d smith has a substance program
He's a convicted felon on probation and can't own (etc) a firearm. Thanks for posting this! So in one of those documents it states JH was arrested on June 27, 2024 with a felony charge of "convicted felon and narcotic addict own or possess a firearm". He plead not guilty to that charge and not guilty to "Prohibited person own/possess a firearm".
Do i interpret this as JH being addicted to narcotics and therefore cannot own or possess a firearm? Is this why he was arrested?
I’ve been playing with words in my head to describe what these normalized abusive situations look like.
Say you have a great great grandmother who has a giant mole on her face, and everyone with her DNA has it too. Some dna combo make it smaller but everyone has it a little. Nobody notices the moles anymore because everyone has them
That’s what starts to happen with abuse in these situations where we see so many extreme crimes within a family/extended family. Everyone sees the abuse/crime but no one notices it anymore because it’s normal
Where please did you see his probation restrictions? He's a convicted felon on probation and can't own (etc) a firearm.
He had a firearm and ammo.
I think the "addicted narcotics" part is that Felons (JH) and those addicted to narcotics also can't own a firearm, JH is the felon who was arrested under that law.
I don't remember reading anything mentioned about alcohol and/or drugs in his probation restrictions.
