Forensically we were able to prove those stories were not factual, can't go into what forensics specifically.

the other county sheriff is talking now, discussing working well together. He makes a negative comment about keyboard warriors while thanking the MSM for their responsible coverage.

Nothing more important for them to be focused on than the injury of a human, particularly a child.

the response from public, the enormous anger that child originally thought to be kidnapped but turns out was murdered warms his heart - people care about other people, this was proof. There is nothing worse than an injury to a child.

"Cooperation of suspects"?? Both are talking? Hmmm interesting

I'm multi-tasking, but sounds like they are fairly sure where Emmanuel's remains are.
I think he also said that they are cooperating somewhat?
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
IMO.

"Outrageous err in judgement by the Judge in the abuse case"
He literally said that Emmanuel would be alive today if the Judge had done the right thing.
I fully agree.

San Bernadino will be leading investigator on the case.

DA will answer questions now.

I cannot hear the questions but here are the answers:

we have pretty strong leads on where the remains are located, that investigation is ongoing.

sheriff: we do have some level of cooperation from the parents

The filing in this case reflects our a belief that baby E was abused and at some time succumbed to those injuries received from abuse.

Both parents have been charged with murder.

in 2018 Jake along w his ex wife were prosecuted for abuse neglect and cruelty. That child was also an infant. DAs office wanted prison. He should have gone to prison. Jake plead directly with the court to everything charged with. In this case a judge gave Haro a suspended sentence. DAs office was not in agreement or involved in that sentence. Prosecutors objected. the judge decided otherwise and gave him a break and probation.

DA states it was an outrageous error in judgement by the Judge. Mr Haro should have been in prison when this crime happened. Emmanuel would be alive today. Had that judge done his job properly.

He then discusses Jakes disabled daughter and what she suffered at his hands.

That's an understatement!!

We believe Emmanuel was severely abused over time. Both parents would have been aware of that.

DA: I didn't say I know where the remains are sir.

(the sheriff implied they are close to finding tho)

i still want to know why prosecutor in case of 10 week old didn't charge great bodily injury.

also, why doesn't the california child abuse central index... track any children the abusers may eventually have. obviously, this failure allows more children to suffer and die. i have a feeling the aclu would find fault with this tracking... which is disgusting.

They called out the judge!!!!!!
Who did?

I wonder if his remains are in a garbage dump and so they know where he is but they don't know where he is specifically. :(

The prosecutor called out the judge for making the error of letting Jake out in his previous case against his 10 week old daughter.

Right? Any child he had after his conviction should have been immediately removed, end of discussion. (Well, he should have never even had the opportunity to make them, because he should have been in a cage for the rest of his life, but I digress.)

I'd love to see severe consequences for that judge as well, but we know that's not going to happen. Did JH give him severe brain damage too? I can't imagine what possessed him to make such an egregious decision, other than he only has 3% brain function to work with.

Not a DP case due to no special circumstances.
NOT INTERESTED IN A PLEA DEAL.
They want a trial.
Good.
