Forensically we were able to prove those stories were not factual, can't go into what forensics specifically.
That's what I heard.I'm multi-tasking, but sounds like they are fairly sure where Emmanuel's remains are.
I think he also said that they are cooperating somewhat?
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
IMO.
That's an understatement!!"Outrageous err in judgement by the Judge in the abuse case"
He literally said that Emmanuel would be alive today if the Judge had done the right thing.
I fully agree.
He sure did!DA: I didn't say I know where the remains are sir.
(the sheriff implied they are close to finding tho)
Who did? They called out the judge!!!!!!
The prosecutor called out the judge for making the error of letting Jake out in his previous case against his 10 week old daughter.Who did?
I wonder if his remains are in a garbage dump and so they know where he is but they don't know where he is specifically.![]()

Right? Any child he had after his conviction should have been immediately removed, end of discussion. (Well, he should have never even had the opportunity to make them, because he should have been in a cage for the rest of his life, but I digress.)i still want to know why prosecutor in case of 10 week old didn't charge great bodily injury.
also, why doesn't the california child abuse central index... track any children the abusers may eventually have. obviously, this failure allows more children to suffer and die. i have a feeling the aclu would find fault with this tracking... which is disgusting.
