This has to be one the finest fake crying I have ever seen. Notice Dads face it looks like he's forcing a sad face and Mom has no red or swollen eyes from supposedly crying with worry.
IMO, Rebecca exhibits fear in all her video interviews. She looks and sounds like she is very scared. Since we now know she had inconsistencies in her account and is no longer cooperating with LE. I can only guess at what that fear stems from.

LE had cadaver dogs at their home yesterday and are treating it as a crime scene. No mention of their vehicles and what was found there.

I’m thinking this will go pretty quickly in terms of finding out what happened to Emmanuel. Hope so anyway. Sort of expecting to see a Landfill or T Station search soon.

I’m a “young”-ish mom to a toddler so these stories hit me especially hard. She is my universe…I just don’t understand how any parent, no matter how terrible, could hurt their child.

I have a theory about parents like Emmanuel’s; that regardless of how the child came to “disappear” the preferred outcome would be that he is never found and the case goes cold. There is that rare chance they had enough time, luck, and planning they may skate without being charged for quite some time.

Sigh. Here’s to hoping the forensics tell the story that the parents have obscured.

I think the tactic that might work is if LE tells the mom she is safe from her husband if she reveals the truth of what happened. I think that mom is scared and my hunch is that she likely a victim too. The black eye came from somewhere. My opinion.

I'm not sure where LE is in their investigation, but it will only be a matter of time before they can comb through cell phone records to see where the parents where around the time of the boy's disappearance.

And, there are no tears at all for either of them. No runny nose either.

Along with you, I suspect this could well be the truth.

However, IMO, once the worst has happened, your child is gone, (one way or the other), that would be the breaking point at which you would be in complete desperation and tell the police everything.

EVERYTHING.

She’s safe now if she tells LE if she has in fact been a victim of domestic violence. I would hope that she would want her baby to be safe now, as well.

Good read here:

Red Flags:

  1. The Convenient Witness Elimination: Rebecca Haro claims she was knocked unconscious, eliminating herself as a witness to the actual abduction. Perpetrators often claim they were incapacitated—unable to identify their child's attacker.
  2. The Vague Attacker: Despite being conscious enough to hear "Hola," she does not describe the attacker. Staged abduction cases feature similarly phantom-like assailants.
  3. The Physical Evidence: A black eye serves as visible "proof" of an attack. Several cases I have observed include self-inflicted injuries to support the abduction narrative.

What Happens Next

If the Haro case follows patterns, we may see:

  • Changes or contradictions in the mother's story
  • Discovery of family stressors or previous child welfare concerns
  • Physical evidence that doesn't match the abduction narrative

We've already got the two that I bolded now as well. :/

When SBCSO made the announcement about not being able to rule out foul play. They stated they interviewed the parents and others.

I take that to mean they interviewed family members and others close to the family about the last time they actually laid eyes on Emmanuel. Whatever they were told in terms of timeline, didn’t help exclude the possibility of foul play. The family who was so vocal on social media initially, have quit commenting and their pages were locked up. To me that is telling.

I think Mom will eventually tell what happened to Emmanuel, when she can be separated and kept safe from Jake. That’s just my opinion.

We have the same info as the cops we have everything they do just every citizen that is keeping up with this watching the news interviews. Everyone's first concern was Emmanuel. But with the different events that took place. The crocodile tears the no emotion and pulled into the station two times within 24 hrs of Emmanuel going missing something seems off to us and them. We all know what happened its the matter of was it Rebecca or Jake, maybe both. Was the EX of Jake involved? (Jake's EX and current boyfriend was at the football practice. Jake's sister said it was practice.) I'll post a time line of what I heard has happened and my own hypothesis on this.
I respectfully disagree. We do not know everything LE knows.

The public never does. I am a little surprised though to hear there were cadaver dogs (according to what the grandmother told the media) in Cabazon yesterday and not a single media report from any of the southern CA MSM outlets - showing the house & police activity there. That's something you'd think they'd be all over.

Don't those mouth guards need to be soaked in boiling water and then moulded to the teeth? Or have things changed since my kids needed them for sports?
In my experience, yes. My boys used them when they played hockey. Edited to add: it’s been over 12 years since my boys first played. At that time, we did have to mold them.

Police ask public for help Cops knew something wasn't right about this last night, no amber alert was issued "did not meet the criteria"
Not to be too picky about this, but I think an "IMO" would be appropriate, because there are jurisdictions where I have recently been told that LE won't call "Amber Alert" for no other reason than because there is no known car to search for.

The criteria varies with jurisdictions, and it's been a topic of discussion on these threads forever. Here is California's criteria:

In order for an abduction to qualify for an AMBER Alert, all four of the following conditions must exist:

  • It has been confirmed that an abduction has occurred;
  • The victim must be 17 years old or younger or have a proven mental or physical disability;
  • The victim is in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death; and
  • Information is available that, if disseminated to the public, could assist in the safe recovery of the victim.

In this baby's case, the first condition wasn't even met.

Can you provide the source link to that information?

EVERYONE PLEASE WE NEED LINKS..

You are posting great information but you have to back it with mainstream media links. I hate taking down posts but I will have to if you keep leaving off the links.

Thanks

<modsnip>… just my personal opinion on this case. I first saw it on social media and of course came straight here. Watching the press interview she and her husband gave, I was left with a feeling of dread as they just didn’t seem authentic. In viewing Emmanuel’s photos, it appears to me that there could be some sort of health condition. If that’s true, does that perhaps leave room for the theory that they were not able or willing to give him any ongoing medical care? Again, just my personal thoughts. <modsnip>

snipped

We don't know Emmanuel went missing when she said he did. We could assume he did, but we really don't know.

My hunch is Emmanuel was gone sometime before the family went to the practice/game, but how long before, I don't know.

I think LE has a better idea of the timing, tbh, even if they haven't found him yet. imo

Uvalde Foundation officials said late Saturday that the mother also had not responded to the group’s requests for information. Additionally, the foundation uncovered an abuse case involving the father of the missing child, that the group said raised additional concerns regarding the child’s welfare.
