This shows where the items were before. After the murders there was the missing DVR Box with dangling wires. #12 is Baker's blood found on the drawer where the keys were kept. Going over how Monica lied saying she didn't know how to work the new security cameras, when it was proven she did. The day of the murders she emailed all the instructions to Baker, and deletes her email. ​

It's believed that the defendant delays her daughter arriving at the house at the wrong time, but arranges daughter to find her murdered father.​

I think she knows she's going down. MOO, Prosecution has her nailed down guilty.

Prosecution is pointing out that this young girl finds her father injured, murdered, as Jurors have seen in the photos. This will affect the young girl for probably the rest of her life. The 911 call Isabella made before her mother gets home. ​

After the murder, Monica starts posting pictures online trying to seem in grief over Fabio's death. She posts this photo of a memorial chair in the spot Fabio was killed.

One more thing, Silverman wants to point out, is that the spot where Fabio died, the chair photo, is also the same spot the defendant and Baker were photographed at Fabio's memorial at the house.​

Asks daughter to lie about her activities when she's going out at night after Fabio's murder. Also being brought up, the time Gessica saw Baker spending the night at their house when Fabio was out of town, and how that came out when detectives were questioning the family separately. ​

This prosecutor is amazing, she is leaving zero room for doubt. This would have to be the longest closing argument I've ever listened too, but I'm so impressed by her and I love her little pieces of sarcasm she seems to effortlessly just throw in at the right time.

I was expecting this sort of closing, based on how long her opening was! I am liking every minute of it, myself. I also hope it emphasizes to the jury that this case deserves the serious dedication the State is giving it, and that they ought to follow suit.

So... @Curious Me - without watching the WHOLE video from yesterday and not finding any articles (at least over here) about what happened in court yesterday - Silverman is finished with her closing - correct? And the Levine will start on Monday - correct? And then hopefully his will be short - and jurors will finally get the case - correct?

This seems like such a slam dunk. Watching the state close was like watching a filibuster (think Jimmy Stewart). Passion, knowledge and what is the right thing were on full display. I wondered if she was going on too long but realized the elements were complicated. Her calling out of every defense witness was a little condescending at times but the def/witnesses asked for it because the bias was upfront, especially Ms. Obad who was concerning in her behaviors and ways that she described people with slurs and mocking tones.

The prosecution went into detail on Friday about the lies Monica Sementilli allegedly told following the murder of her husband in January 2017. Some of those alleged lies Monica told include that she didn’t know her husband had life insurance, she didn’t have remote access to their security system, and that she didn’t know her lover, Robert Baker’s last name.

However, Prosecution is still up giving their Closing. Silverman, amazingly, not even out of breath and always staying on point. Can you tell how impressed I am with her presentation of evidence? ​

I realize now, I missed so much of the trial. I just found a trial video titled Monica Sementilli’s Friend EXPOSES Her Shocking Secrets in Court! Full Testimony Revealed! On a youtube channel Justice is a Process. Did you get to see when Monica's friend, Elise Bleuel, took the stand? I'm going to watch it now. Thought I'd mention it, in case you didn't catch it.​

Thank you for the great screenshots! The visuals are so helpful at this point. Paint by numbers is where I am from the abundant testimony.

Silverman is phenomenal! She has not missed a single point. Levine has to be so miffed by that. I expect that he will be very crude.

Levine has to condone the gross negligence of Monica and Baker. Maybe he is okay with the notion of having an affair with a rotten toothed sex offender resulting in the death of a faithful spouse.

What causes someone to overlook rotten teeth in their greener-grass mindset?? I realize that dental care is expensive but how can you not think that there are underlying issues for a man his age. I would be thinking that his career choices are slim to none because of that. In his case he has to choose the shady por no industry, and/or a career criminal.
